Isles food porn please - what are you thinking?
We're having borscht, pirogi and venison (soaked in red wine and wrapped in bacon) served with roasted sweet potatoes for Wigilja on Christmas eve.
Christmas day we're actually having turkey which will be the first time I've cooked one as we have had goose, duck, venison in the past.
hope I don't fuck it up! Usual trimmings. Christmas pud and dairy free Yule log. Everything bar the Christmas pud will be dairy free - I don't like it so don't mind missing out 
Boxing day will be leftovers, a ham and bubble and squeak.
Anyone have any must try turkey recipes?
