Eliza so what you're saying is that us getting an eight foot real tree is a verrrrrr bad idea. Might need to bring DH down to earth on that score Hmm

We have three trees up. A small green one downstairs, on a cupboard, DD1 has a pink one with pink and silver decorations, and DD2 has got her first ever tree today - black, with a fox instead of an angel or star. She likes to be different.

I went to a Mindfulness seminar this morning. It was very chilling, if a bit woo.

I didn't think you wanted the sodding biscuit! (Passes mince pies and stollen)

Gah I go off for some sewing machine action for a few hours, and you get through 4 pages?! Good grief peeps.

YW night weaning was fab for 3 months (10+ hrs unbroken sleep a night) until the successive 2 month long bug/teeth hell which has culminated in the uncontrolled reflux leading to where we are now...so did work initially. BUT F had crossed several centile lines so I was happy to do it. If she was diddy like J then I would probably have thought twice. Greedy wee piggy has continued to cross lines so definitely hasn't missed out lol.

Am rather proud of my sewing creations tonight. Have made dbs Christmas presents, and next on my list is some Christmas bunting for our house.

GT (((hugs))) my lovely. I think you are entitled to a breakdown of epic proportions, and have done v well to get to this point without one. I had a giggle the other day, as I was writing in Fs diary. I peeked at the entry from last year, and it said something along the lines of "I have been in the incubator because I'm jaundiced. My cord fell off and mummy cried" Grin understatement

VQ love the sounds of dd2s tree, sounds ace.

Need to get to bed now, have a study day tomorrow so set to be a long day. Luckily someone else is driving, as am almost certainly too tired for a motorway trip.

Night quiche xx

We have the big real tree. In hall. Where crazy baby is not allowed. But the door to the kitchen is glass so I can wonder at it whilst I cook.

Sounds lovely sophia. There isn't a room/area safe in my house at all. Well there is....it's the utility room. But pretty pointless it being in there! MIL wasn't going to put her tree up at all but I've told her to go for it. It isn't real but it is huge.
