Sorry yw I forgot that 6 weekly appointments with paed was a concern. Hmm . That Hmm was at the nhs btw, not you. vq makes a good point, how worried are you?

I was tiny, miniscule actually. Height until I stopped growing at just over 5ft but weight until I left Paris at 27! One of my siblings is normal, the other three are all skinny or were until age caught up with us I remember seeing dieticians at hospital when I was about 9. Who failed to diagnose that my low weight was genetic and my stomach cramps were made up stress related. The prescription was baked beans :o

Good luck with mmr vq. Our real reactions have been later. LO has a jab next week that you guys do with mmr but can't remember what it is. Looking at the book something called pcv and boosters for Dip and Men and something else. Fun fun.

She's still coughing. Nursery are slightly tense but not worried. Hoping to hold out til paed appointment on Monday. Remind me: no temp, no wheezeing, sleeping ok and keeping food down. But coughing. Just mild bronchi bastardness right? Oh, colour normal but shadows under eyes. Am hydrating her, lots of wet nappies. Doing everything right?

ValiumQueen · 05/12/2013 20:42

Hi AngryByrd Smile No thoughts, sorry. Been a long time.

PetiteRaleuse · 05/12/2013 20:44

Wrong year angry ? Vvv good DOB though, I'm sure Isla will be a fab person ;)

Some clear liquid on occasion is normal. They digest the milk and just vom saliva sometimes. Worth checking out if signs of dehydration or if it happens alot.

ValiumQueen · 05/12/2013 20:45

You are doing fab PR. And yes, I am expecting the fallout from the MMR on day 6 from what everyone else has said.

PetiteRaleuse · 05/12/2013 20:46

Definitely swap GPs vq if only to give yourself a new start.

ValiumQueen · 05/12/2013 20:47

I have forgotten where I put DHs Christmas present. Everything else is under Js cot in a zip up Ikea thingy, but his is too big. Fucksticks.

PetiteRaleuse · 05/12/2013 20:48

Thanks vq. Yes days 6-9 or even up to 21. Tonight he should be knackered and will have stiff thigh tomorrow.

ChasingDaisy · 05/12/2013 20:51

O's MMR is on 18th Dec...Merry Christmas to us! HmmGrin

YellowWellies · 05/12/2013 20:53

I wasn't particularly worried but as other folks are - I am now. I know they're considering CF or a heart condition as his lips often go blue. Also he has very soft joints - when he tries to stand his ankles keel over. But I have hypermobility syndrome (double jointedness) so it could be linked to that. My sister has always worried about his high muscle tone being cerebral palsy but she's even more of a worrier than me. Which I'm sure it's not. But something may not be right with his growth. Both DH and I had super fast metabolisms maybe it's just that as my GP thinks. I just wish he wasn't smaller than my niece who was 3 months prem and born a 2lber at the same age Confused .

PR thanks for updating about E. Glad to hear he's playing x

Hey Byrd! Smile

BigPigLittlePig · 05/12/2013 20:57

I cancelled Fs MMR, it should have been on Wednesday - but couldn't face it after all the illness/reflux. Shall give it a month then get it done, when hopefully her tummy has settled down.

YellowWellies · 05/12/2013 20:58

BP good plan give her chance to get on an even keel and avoid reflux hell with a new pup!

Sophiathesnowfairy · 05/12/2013 21:01

Glad you had a nice day pikz Xmas Smile

Well, O decided today was the day he would walk. Just after tea while I was trying to clear up he did 3 or 4 steps. Then he did it again. Then every time we tried to stand him up To do it he would buckle up and start giggling. Monkey.

We survived the 500mph winds today, only the heavy thing holding down the manhole cover that a lorry ran over and squashed got picked up and somehow moved by the wind. Oh and the bins, but secured them In The garage. Oh and me, I got blown around quite a bit. Why always on day one of clean hair? Xmas Confused

Your day sounds perfect chasing I love the picture of O and the Ray. I am so glad you had a nice time. Am a little bit Envy of a city visit pre chrimbo . Am taking when I can plan a veg omelette into my menus!

PetiteRaleuse · 05/12/2013 21:02

I'm assuming his heart has been checked yw ? LO saw a cardiologist at 2mo because of a murmur but it's gone now. Did weaken her the first few months and some people have murmurs lifelong. I don't know anything about CF but I think one of tits DC has it iirc, so maybe worth pm'ing her for a chat (someone correct me if wrong quiche member).

As I say I was a weak little thing. Walked late too. I believe I stood at 14 mo.

PetiteRaleuse · 05/12/2013 21:03

Stood ie holding on to stuff. DBro was even later.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 05/12/2013 21:04

Gosh yw I hadn't really grasped all that was going on in the background. I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow, will be thinking of you. Xx

PetiteRaleuse · 05/12/2013 21:04

That pic of O and the ray was the best baby pic ever :o

Glad you didn't get blown away soph

Sophiathesnowfairy · 05/12/2013 21:06

yw try not to compare to others! they are all different. In my ante/post natal group for DS1 there was a girl who had twins and they hit all their key milestones at different times and were completely different characters.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 05/12/2013 21:07

Gee thanks pr Xmas Smile

Sophiathesnowfairy · 05/12/2013 21:07

I thought you might all be worried there.

ValiumQueen · 05/12/2013 21:07

YW if they think it is something that serious, surely they should have tested for it by now? It sounds to me that he is like you and daddy. A bit wobbly on the joint front, and able to eat like a horse and stay waif like. Try to look at your lovely boy rather than the numbers. Easier said than done though.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 05/12/2013 21:09

I thought yw and mryw were just wobbley because of all the red juice Hmm

ValiumQueen · 05/12/2013 21:09

Yes Sophia. Glad you didn't get splatted against your triple glazing Grin

ValiumQueen · 05/12/2013 21:10

I thought it was weed Wink

Sophiathesnowfairy · 05/12/2013 21:10
