BP Brew for you.

evil hope it was ok and XP wasnt difficult. You are very brave, and very strong.

sophia that made me properly LOL.

lydie a quiche is a pastry based savoury dish involving eggs, yes. Lovely actually. VQ is a big fan. You must shout if there are other things that don't make sense! Sounds like you come from a big family, do they all live close to you?

MsJJ my DM is the same. To hear her, DD and S are the most advanced DC on the planet. Ever. Lovely that she feels that way about them even if it is bonkers. And kyz yes, they are just their own lovely little people and perfect the way they are. Even if they don't do x/y/z yet Smile.

So lovely to hear what people's LO's can do. S has taken a few wobbly steps but shows no further interest. No words yet. There are some very impressive skillz amongst the Nov 12 babeeeez.

S is basically a weapon of destruction, noise and mess. Loves to bash noisy toys, shriek and shout, empty drawers and cupboards. Can open the fridge and likes to rearrange the contents. He is a tall and strong boy so has a high reach and enough force to open heavy doors like the fridge and managed to push the closed stair gate open Shock He can shimmy up and down stairs like a pro, can climb onto the sofa and throw himself back off it. If you ask for a cuddle he will crawl over and give a cuddle. He likes to throw things a lot and has a good arm already - future England cricketer I hope!

But the thing DH is most proud of is that if DH puts dance music on, DD and S "rave". DD jumps around with arms raised and finger pointing, S sits and does the same. They apparently all do this every day at least once. Grin

Quiche actually comes from my corner of France too. I'm having aslice for lunch that I just picked up from the baker. Ironically the baker in my area which does the best wuiches is in Luxembourg. Thinking of going to the Xmas market in Metz this weekend. I'm not a fan but I think DD1 will enjoy it.

Brew BP

pass I love the image of LO wearing ageing pussycat, F would def wear one of our cats, if only he could get his hands on them for more then a second before they dash for safety. Bless him.
Yesterday he spent much of the day running around after them waving a plastic straw in their general direction like a mad thing as he has seen them play with straws and thinks it is hilarious! I've also had to tie string around the catfood cupboard handles to stop him getting in (I can't figure out the baby locks I bought) as he likes to get their box of treats and shake it manically in the hopes a cat will come close to him. It's sweet really - even if the cats aren't impressed.

Sorry for bouncing in without catching up but it's hectic here. Our chimney went on fire last night and this morning I got locked out briefly as the Yale lock on the front door had jammed. Fortunately DH got the fire put out quickly and we think there's no damage done. Anyway in brief DH apologised for the incident and accepted that he had hurt my feelings.

That's apologised for the kick, not for putting the fire out.

Aw ditsy that's adorable! F lurves the cat, proper chuckles and drops everything when she sees him, but he remains at all times, tantalisingly out of her reach very wise

Stunt Shock about the fire, must have been scary. Hope you find a locksmith soon! And of course glad to hear that dh has apologised.

Zamboni err video please! Sounds adorable/amazing in equal measure.

F just wandered over to me whilst I was washing up, with an unattractive odour following her. I had suspected she was a bit constipated. Not anymore Hmm. Poonami of epic proportions, requiring immediate hosing down in the bath. She'd only been in her clean clothes for 5 minutes the wee horror. Anyhoo, she seems much happier now. Just need to get these teeth out of the way then perhaps she'll decide her cot and sleep are Good Ideas wishful thinking most likely

Brew all round

Unidentified shouting (from R) from 12:50-3:15. Eventually boobed into submission at 3:45. I'd been at work so got 4 hours broken sleep in total (dp got up with him at 7:30 but of course i heard that plus occasional squeals of delight from down stairs)

I feel horrific SadBrew

:o @ boobed into submission. Sorry for the bad nights pidj and piggie

Loving the cat stories. I showed DD1 what fun can be had pulling a ribbon around for the cat to chase earlier this week. Tired them both out.

Shame I have to probably get said cat pts, am still putting off calling the vet Blush

two addresses missing and then Secret Santa will be launched. If I haven't received them in a couple of hours a couple of you will have to wait for addresses but will do teh matching anyway. Expect pms this afternoon. I mean PMs. Not pms, even my spreadsheet doesn't have the power to curse you with pms.

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT SS!!

It's times like last night I wish F could still be boobed into submission lol. Although suspect she would have bitten me, the mood she was in. We're currently watching peppa pig and eating a biscuit. The cat is going bonkers for reasons that are unclear.

I haven't done a night feed since early September, so am feeling drained and ravenous which obviously didn't help my sleep at all. We're having a cbeebies morning, my folks have passed on a huge rug 8 months too fucking late to protect R's head from the wooden floor so I've rearranged the furniture a bit and R is rampaging happily while dp and i stare blankly HmmConfused

OK, everyone should have received their secret santa email now, either here or on facebook. If you haven't, let me know, if you need any further information, let me know (and I will ask the oracle spreadsheet or, failing that, the recipient of the gift).

Happy ho ho ho'ing.
