Ha soph my mum's house dates from the 17th century. She pops the heating on for a bit but yes, its bones are soooo cold. Ripened me for winters in the east of France though.

Disappointed we're not getting snow tomorrow, but Thursday it should arrive.

FatimaLovesBread · 19/11/2013 21:43

I'm trying to catch up and post but things are v hectic at home, got 101 jobs to do before Ms birthday.
So for now

PetiteRaleuse · 19/11/2013 21:45

I would LOVE a slanket. Not bothered about sexiness right now, just readying us for winter.

ValiumQueen · 19/11/2013 21:48

Remember Evil you put some stuff on FB. I am pretty sure you did anyway.

PetiteRaleuse · 19/11/2013 21:51

Yes there were definitely a couple of fb updates. You are right vq what is the best way of gettig them?

GTbaby · 19/11/2013 21:56

Cough cough i would like a dragon hat for H cough cough H has quite a big head. Cough cough incase you get me Pidj Blush

GTbaby · 19/11/2013 22:07

Woop woop FH is having a couple of beers!
And way am I happy? Because as per our agreement this means he sleeps on floor! A n I have the bed to ourselves. And I might try transfer A to cot so I get an hour of sleeping star fish.

Why am I still awake?!?

ValiumQueen · 19/11/2013 22:14

No idea PR. It was a while ago. Not sure how far notifications go back, otherwise I think it is just a case of scrolling.

ValiumQueen · 19/11/2013 22:15

What does the fox say?

YellowWellies · 19/11/2013 22:23

I'm afraid big old Victorian hoose sans wood burner almost requires a slanket. I'm in fluffy jammies, thermal socks, hoody and blanket so it would hardly be a step down the sexy scale. After living in a draughty cottage on Craggy Island DH's sartorial expectations (what few he had!) died Smile

PurplePidjin · 19/11/2013 22:31

Advanced search on mn gives you the option to search by date and poster as well as title. I can't c+p properly on here but you could put "November 2012", "evilwater" and a particular month in to find all posts. If you click the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the fb group you can search there too.

I'm doing a dragon hat for the woolly hugs craft fair, just need to sew on the ears and make the spikes - it has a tail too - remind me to measure it gt

I'm in 2 minds about the mmr. Dn regressed after hers, but the signs are on her dad's side and apparently there were indicators of asd before. I didn't know her then. I've worked with many people with asd and have no concerns for R but am still scared Sad

PetiteRaleuse · 19/11/2013 22:36

I thought there was no proven link?

Sophiathesnowfairy · 19/11/2013 22:43

I thought there wasn't and then it all came up again lately. The three I have done so far have been ok. Hmm

PurplePidjin · 19/11/2013 22:54

There isn't, and dn may well have been unfortunate timing. I'm just irrationally worried. I have too many anti-vax friends who are parents of dc with sn posting scare stories to fb, probably. R is booked for 25th, i might see if i can get in to see my gp to discuss? Worth keeping an eye on my anxiety even if I'm being daft?

MsJupiterJones · 19/11/2013 22:59

Pidj I too would be delighted with a hat for secret Santa (just in case you get me, L has quite a big head Wink) - although I do struggle to get any hats at all on him.

I thought the man who linked MMR with autism had been struck off? I will admit to a tiny thought of 'what if' but banished it and L has been fine.

I did not want a Scorpio baby simply because some people at work kept going on about it as though his personality in the womb was already set up to match his horoscope (oh he's kicking a lot, typical Scorpio).

Evil sorry I am not able to help with the threads but as always very impressed with you and thinking of you and N.

PetiteRaleuse · 19/11/2013 23:01

Fromwhat I understood asd sufferers, if that is the right word, show vague or no signs til 12-15 mo, then some start showing signs. Coinciding with jabs. And the knowledge of asd has improved recently, coinciding with the intro of the jabs give or take a few years.

I am sure that, like with all vaccines, some babies react, but if there was a real danger they wouldn't do it.

Elizadoesdolittle · 19/11/2013 23:09

Well I've done this years threads. Think I had it easy this afternoon. A lot more tricky when evil actually posted loads. My eyes hurt from the scrolling! pidj I saw your post too late about the advanced search but never mind. Looks like I got quite a bit of the initial incidents but yes, there was also fb updates I remember too. Goodness knows the best way to get those.

But evil I hope what I have pm'ed you helps and itsn't too tough for you to read back x

Mind is blank now so think I'll get off the computer for a while to recalibrate. Taking DD1 and E swimming again tomorrow morning with DN. I'll need my wits about me!

Oh and re mmr, E had hers done this morning. She had 3 injections but it was just me and a nurse so got done one after each other (sounds pretty hectic the way O had his done sophia but I guess at least it was done quickly). The nurse let DD1 put the plasters on E once she'd done the injection's which DD1 enjoyed, E not so much!

ValiumQueen · 20/11/2013 00:08

Two coughing babies Hmm not much sleep

flouncymcflouncerson · 20/11/2013 00:38

Not good vq :-( hope you get some sleep

PetiteRaleuse · 20/11/2013 05:43

PetiteRaleuse · 20/11/2013 06:44

Thanks Lily Cake

fruitpastilles · 20/11/2013 07:12

Happy birthday pr and lily's O.
Crappy night again here, although not as bad as they have been. I want my bed back and have no idea of how to keep S in her cot. She just won't stay in there once she has woken up. She screams blue murder until she's in with us. It's really starting to get me down.

PurplePidjin · 20/11/2013 07:58

Happy birthday PR and O Cake

Sophiathesnowfairy · 20/11/2013 08:01

Happy birthday to babylily and babyraleuse
