As I so frivolously finished the last thread, I thought I'd better start a new one. Go!

Im glad no one seems to be suffering today :-D I feel bad coming to say that we are running smoothly here.

We did have a hiccup with food for a couple of days, he seemed to really go off lumpy food, screaming, kicking, the lot, but I figured out its because he was in his rocky chair and he's not sat upright and since moving to the high chair hes been fine.

For colds we use the plug in from calpol too refills are a rip off I also put some snuffle babe and olbas oil in a tub of boiling water. His room smelled potent!

6 days till my last payslip then two months of zero. Im so proud ive managed to save nearly a grand so I can pay my bills those two months! Anyone who knows me will know that its a massive achievement for me, im so crap with money.

On the m&ms situ my friend from work fetched me a massive bag of the peanut butter ones back (last time I had them, I had saved them for three months to have as my reward for pushing a child out)theyve clearly all gone now.

Hi all. Glad to hear some sleep improvement, hopinf all the babies start sleeping through soon as we are so close to birthdays :)

Have been having trouble connecting to internet and discovered why this morning as i watched Ivy remove phone line from the wall! Beginninf to think this child needs a cage! She then spent ages standing against a chair whilst trying to pull the curtains down Confused

Creepy hope your dh is starting to grow up. What a fool, surely making surw you're happy is more important than some random Flowers

Lora well done on the savings.

My dcs all halloween discos at school last night. Far too much sugar was consumed and they were up too late ans have been a nightmare today but clearly had a great time. Now on half term so trying to decide how to keep them amused without spending any more money.

Hello everyone. Thanks for the new thread Angiel Thought I'd better namechange back just for this thread otherwise I get confused. (doesn't take much, especially today).

Apple Dan has a thing for wires, he's disconnected me more than once Halloween Grin. Not sockets (yet) but it can't be long I don't think. His brother never had that fixation so we never really babyproofed them. More fool us.
Creepy your dh is an idiot. I hope he sees sense soon.

I have a woolly fuzzy head this morning. DS1 had a very sudden severe attack of croup (!) at 10 last night. Struggling to breathe so much he was blue-lighted to A&E where we spent the next 5 hours. 2 nebulisers later his O2 sats are back up in the mid nineties and we are home again. He is fast asleep in bed, DH is fast asleep in bed since 6am. I got to bed at 5am and Dan woke me for the day at 7.15am

I have a bucket of tea and the internet and the telly and Daniel is happily wrecking the living room and kitchen Smile No breakfast yet but I will get round to it in a while.

Ok girls. Two links for you on entirely different subjects

1.www.fatallyflawed.org.uk/html/videos.html The top video is very useful information. Watch it all the way through. As our ninja warriors are all getting about or on the brink now its pertinent I think.

  1. Birthday present idea Half price.

3. Well, you can never get enough of that can you?

Happy weekends!

Pashca! Hope you guys are all doing OK today. Thanks for the links - will check them out later as for some reason my PC speakers aren't working...

I have buggered up the morning nap. Tried to transfer him to his cot but he woke and once he's had about 5 minutes of sleep, he won't go back to sleep if woken up. So he's now pushing the dog bowl around the floor. One step forward, two steps back.

Picked up a Scout toy in Sainsbury's yesterday as a Christmas pressie for DS. Down to £11.99 at the moment.

Oh god they're fighting over cars again Hmm Is this how it goes from now on?

Apple who are the protagonists? Biro or felt tip? Are they all blaming each other?

Shock at baby gravy!

lolli what a cheek! I'd get everything out of the cupboards and put it all on the work top! Gutted about the boots, and the car :(

Well done on the saving lora. I'm pay free now too.

How frightening pascha! And thanks for the links.

Love the idea of a cage apple. Have you found the culprit yet?

A better day here. Big row last night, followed by a big talk (and a big make up), and she's not staying now. I think I got through to him that it was totally unacceptable. Thank you a for making me feel less crazy.

A better night last night too, our radio broke and it seems Nancy now prefers silence for sleeping.

Wrt the clocks going back, I've just had my extra hour on the sofa Grin

I got baby stock cubes so I'll nip shops for cornflour, thanks. Much better idea than google.

We have a cage already I use it so I can make food in peace and have five mins. Dp calls it the naughty box though and I keep having a go cos I dont want him to learn what it means!

When will he stop choking on his biscuits ffs babies are so selfish.

pascha i'm afraid the fighting will probably drive you nuts! Dd1 is my main suspect as she has form for colouring herself in. Was a washable crayola as i learnt long ago that they are easiest to wash off Grin

creepy i need the cage so i can go to the loo without having to worry where madam has got to

Hi everyone - need to catch up on all your news - will have a good read tomorrow so this is a quick me post, but finally got DD1 's results and is good news! As good as we could have hoped for anyway, nothing getting worse which is brill. Am celebrating by stuffing face.

The only bit I did read quickly above is pascha's link to something which I'm now going to have to buy, damn it! Actually really want some things X can climb on as she's trying to climb on everything so that could be a good thing to get.
