Evening all :) dp has been a star today, when E had his afternoon nap (or semblance of) he stayed home instead of going to the gym and I got 1.5 hrs sleep because he kept going in to see to e when he needed it only twice thankfully aaand when I woke up he said he had a present for me and in a big brown box was a brand new shiny nipper v3 buggy!!! He said it is an anniversary present, I thought it very sweet :) they are expensive and I had said the v2 were on sale but by the time he decided to get me one he forgot what I'd said and assumed I'd want the v3, lol. It is so nice and shiny. Unfortunately I didn't put the wheels on etc until e went to bed but I will test drive it tomorrow, providing e is up to it. He wouldn't eat lunch but only drank 2oz milk, I thought I should offer it based on his lack of eating. Then he would only eat puréed fruit for tea, and raisins, didn't even want biscuits. He did drink all of his bed time bottle though eventually. He has been asleep for almost two hours with 3 resettles so so far better than yesterday. Tonight he has a calpol vapour plugin to help, haven't used one before, and I gave pre emptive calpol.

Glad to hear its normal I'm so nackered! Have been feeling quite rubbish about that.

Lol brockle that would've cracked me up!!

Yaay for teefs yw!! :)

chasing e was the same! it stopped after a short while a week or two I think. He does still get up but instead of moaning he usually lies back down now. Glad the ILs can see what an amazing job you're doing!

Poor h gt he clearly wasn't impressed!! Hope all is well with bump, am sure it is fine :) ooh just read your last reply, fucking hell, good luck, so exciting!!!!

Glad you have the reason for early wakening and bottle det. I feel sorry for your poor fanjo and your achyness too :(

Good stuff pass :) p sounds so wonderful! E prefers to poo standing too lol

Aw bplp sounds none too fun :( hope you manage to get your presentation sorted and some tea eaten!

E has just stirred. FC for some sleep tonight. Seems that plug in is working well. I only got it last week cos it was half price and I thought it looked quite cool! Not sure where to get refills for it though!

Passmethecrisps · 24/09/2013 21:40

Oh good luck gt!! It is soooooo exciting!

TheDetective · 24/09/2013 21:52

No-one told P about stranger anxiety huh pass Grin Glad she's doing well.

Sending you stress free presentation preparation vibes bplp

Pram sounds great kyz What a lovely surprise :)

GT good luck :) Of course you can stay here - we want to know what's happening xxx

No real news here. I have decided that my nose isn't broken as it just isn't sore enough for that - and I was very relieved to wake up this morning not looking like a panda!

I had a great day at work today. No particular reason, just a good, productive day with lots of good banter :)

TheDetective · 24/09/2013 22:37

Thanks Kirrin. It lasts to the next day, then seems to settle back down. I feel it building as the shift goes on. Doing yesterday and today together has really pushed my limits. I'm doing 4 full days next week, 4 in a row. Hmm

Not. Good.

GTbaby · 24/09/2013 22:43

Getting nervous about pessary. Doesn't help that I feel like I badly need to pee. Despite just having gone to loo. Being monitored again so stuck to bed ATM.

Calming thoughts. Deep breaths. In out. N all that rubbish to get me through the pessary.

TheDetective · 25/09/2013 01:02

How's it going GT?!

Been watching Dexter. It reminds me of you. Grin

And VQ. Grin

GTbaby · 25/09/2013 01:14

Pessary inserted. No screaming needed. Helped that the mw is nice.

Nxt session of monitoring will be at 5am Confused

I'm hungry. Will have to make do with bag of malteasers FH bought Shock lol. Well I have cereal bars n Jaffa cakes too.

Got a head ach now. Feels like a stress head ach Hmm
Hope I can sleep now

GTbaby · 25/09/2013 01:27

Omg the snoring is worse then FH. And I can't walk across the room and shove her.

GTbaby · 25/09/2013 01:39

She's stopped. Maybe someone put a pillow over her head Shock

Other lady just snorted. It's ok. Doesn't sound like its turning into a snore.

Wait till I go to sleep. They will all be bitching about my snoring n moaning n farting. Lol

GTbaby · 25/09/2013 01:40

And det I have series 7of dexter to watch on laptop. Didn't have time to put it on iPad. Confused And FH forgot to bring head phones. Grrr

GTbaby · 25/09/2013 02:09

Gona break open Jaffa cakes. Hunger has won over need to avoid sugar rush.

MsJupiterJones · 25/09/2013 04:45

Hope you are getting some sleep GT.

L has been awake since 2am till just now. Grizzly and clingy, wriggly and not settling in the least. Broke the rules & took him downstairs about an hour ago. Gave him half a banana, some water and Calpol (he didn't seem in pain but maybe something was niggling him so seemed worth a try) and let him potter about a bit. Finally he seemed sleepy so bundled him up and back to bed. Bounced up again, jumped up and down in his cot for a while & eventually gave up and fell asleep. Now I need to do the same.

It's always on my work days!

GTbaby · 25/09/2013 05:40

She is snoring again. Lol!

Lily311 · 25/09/2013 05:42

How are you feeling gt? I'm keeping everything cross for you, hope it goes well.

I am one tired mummy today, the past couple of hectic days are catching up on me, unfortunately having an ill baby guarantees I can't rest today.

Donnadoon · 25/09/2013 06:14

GT I'm sooooo excited for you
Lol at the snoring you are funny

GingerBeerAndTinnedPeaches · 25/09/2013 06:25

An early night and look what I missed. gt best of luck for today xx

GTbaby · 25/09/2013 06:39

A lil anxious about lo at home. He has a cold. N mil couldn't get him to sleep last night had to wait for FH to get home.
My sis is taking him today. A lil more confident with her. N maybe my mum can take day off tomorrow so he can stay the night with them.

Snoring lady is being monitored. So is awake. For now.
Had a few tightenings. But other then that nothing to report.

Kinda mixer emotions about my blood acid level going up. Ofcourse I don't want anything wrong with me that may harm my baby. But relieved its not in my head IYSWIM
