Jesus, where did you all come from all of a sudden?
Isn't it strange how everyone posts at once when we've been so quiet for ages?
Welcome to the newbies - Sal, we have some pics posted on a Yahoo group site, if you want to take a look or add yours - the link is here , but you need to sign up/in to view it, and I can't remember how you go about doing that - can anyone else? Perhaps not such a useful thing to point out to you after all! I did take a peek at your pics of Imogen, what a cutie! She looks like a happy little soul, I'm loving that long wavy fringe...
Barrelrider, glad you're getting on top of the drinking... you sound really in love with Dominic, not surprising really I guess. I have no idea what PND is like, but hope you can sort things out fairly painlessly (although I guess not likely if you're down the gym every night !
Sweetkitty, really feeling for you, I remember when Scarlett was waking every couple of hours (thankfully she seems to be over it now), and it is SO exhausting... I think there is definitely a link between good daytime naps and good nighttime sleeping, in my experience (limited though that is). Scarlett didn't really get sorted at night until I got her daytime routine set in place and 'trained' her into napping properly. Am still awaiting the first night where she sleeps for eleven hours however - wouldn't that be just fabulous?!
Georgie, I'm v. jealous of your anniversary plans - it's our 4th anniversary today and I am currently waiting on DH returning home from his workshop for a Ruby Murray, hopefully at some point before 9pm, oh and also awaiting the Tesco delivery - how romantic!! Still, we did have a nice day out at the beach, and lunch at a nice (but not prestigious) cafe... the crab was very fresh and very delicious, but I don't think it would match up to your meal somehow!
Since everyone is getting all developmental, here's Scarlett's latest news: Still only two teeth, but I think the top two are fairly imminent. Still not crawling, nor showing any signs of getting interested, she hates being on her tummy for more than a minute. But she does love standing up and bouncing in her door bouncer, so I guess she might just cut straight to walking. She has some very babbly days and some very quiet ones, but I love it most when she's babbling and trying to copy my mouth movements. She's rapidly losing interest in eating mush, and is mostly wanting to put big lumps of stuff (banana, pitta bread, avocado) in her gob for voracious munching/gumming. Most entertaining.
That's all for now then, hope I don't kill the thread again!
