Oh how will I keep up between puking and sleeping?

DH tried to dtd last night. No way! Lol. Not till I'm injected with contraception. So no dtd till October. Lol. N with two LO under 1. It still will never happen.

Donnadoon · 20/02/2013 15:21

Hey GT wondered how you'd been?

PurplePidjin · 20/02/2013 15:57

Signing in Brew homestart lady came this afternoon and I've made dal, lamb stew, shepherd's pie and mushroom risotto!

Sophiathecheesefairy · 20/02/2013 16:12

Question:

A friend's wife died recently, she had leukaemia, dementia and Parkinsons. Neither of them have met R, although if she'd been well enough to know then they most likely would have. They're the kind of people, i think, where a large turn out is a mark of respect. Would it be ok to take R and lurk at the back? He normally sleeps at that time...

MissMummy1 · 20/02/2013 17:51

marks place Smile

kirrinIsland · 20/02/2013 17:56

I think so pp - esp if you're prepared tp sneak out if r gets noisy. Sorry to hear that, very sad.

PurplePidjin · 20/02/2013 18:24

I'd have him in the sling and pop out at the slightest squeak!

She was in her 80s and very ill.

ValiumQueen · 20/02/2013 18:29

I think it will be very comforting if you go pp circle of life 'n' all.

BigPigLittlePig · 20/02/2013 18:50

Well done vq - thought I could sneakily nick the thread-ending-glory but it wasn't to be!

Lovely day with my gran today, we also have a miss fartalot here, much to grans amusement. Very unladylike though!

Am off to check out the octopus...!

ValiumQueen · 20/02/2013 18:50

Nearly bp nearly!

TheDetective · 20/02/2013 19:04

I wish to be grumpy and sulk but I really can't be arsed. So fed up of being fed up!

Instead I am going to have a lush bath, and order no one to come the fuck near me for at least 30 minutes!

Oh crap. Is that the time? Fuck. We haven't even had tea. And I've not put it on. Whoooooops.

BigPigLittlePig · 20/02/2013 19:10

Loving the octopus! I have no talent or patience to do anything like that. I am going to try to make a quilt though with some of LOs old clothes. Talking of clothes, loads of ebay stuff arrived, am chuffed to bits with some of it, there's some beautiful things there.

detective car iinsurance is gay. Am glad I put dh on the insurance a few years ago, as he had no no-claims bonus. We couldn't afford to insure him now if he hadn't already been on there. Stupid equality laws Hmm Enjoy your bath, not jealous at all, noooo not me.

Elizadoesdolittle · 20/02/2013 19:11

Marking place. Got a couple of friends coming over to watch the Brits. Got a Thai chicken curry simmering, DD1 just about to go to bed and E is sleeping. Life is good Grin.....although E will probably wake just as I'm about to eat dinner and spoil the glass of wine I'm going to treat myself too!

misslaughalot · 20/02/2013 19:20

I think that sounds fine pp

I have a question for you all. Can you tell me what time your baby is going to bed for the night? We've managed to get babylaughalot to go down by 10pm (most nights anyway) instead of midnight, but I know this should be earlier and I should be aiming for around 7pm and just wondered how many of your little ones are actually asleep by this time at this age?
