Just don't get the glitter glue out blizy

ledkr sounds like some lovely birthday treats. I can imagine you being a scary mum too Wink

granny keep me updated re: windows

had someone over yesterday to quote for turning our dining room and kitchen into one big room - looks like it may be doable on our budget - which means my kitchen design with a big range cooker may be in our sights .

Oh blizy the sleep thing is terrible for you. I'm not a gret sleeper even when dilly lets me and its such am affliction. I know all the bad things hit you in the darkest hours so I can imagine you think about losing Zoe and it must feel terrible.
One think I do is give up trying and read for a bit, sometimes that helps.
I hope you feel ok today

Reastie- fab news about the kitchen! thanks for the glitter glue warning!

Hi all, its me.....can icome in??? (offers cake to all).
HOpeyour all ok.
Sorry about lack of sleep Blizy, but lovely to have Alfie cuddles!! We have lady from Cats Protection coming out to do a home visit tomrorow as we'd like to adopt another cat.
Reastie, fab news about the kitchen!! Think of asll that baking yiu can do in your perfect kitchen! Hhmmm glitter glue, once used with the Rainbows, not to be used again!
Led, glad you had a good birthday. Sounds like you got some lovely presents! How is your little whinger? Noah has an excellent whingy face, he wrinkles up his nose, opens his mouth and says 'aahhhh'. Too cute to be mad at but annoying after a while!
Hi to everyone else!

Hi ems

Well dh and I have decided that d is a chimpanzee. Awfull day with table climbing throwing and running away. She left monkey music and took off over the carpal then went limp when I grabbed her before taking off again. All the while giggling raucously.
It's lovely having dh here this week we are having fun but I dread being alone with her again. Would help if she naps better, what naps are feb babes having now? D has under an hour about midday

ledkr glad you had a lovely birthday, A has a nap of about an hour sometimes. She completely dropped napping over the summer but deigns to close her eyes if she feels like it and we're in the car at a very specific time Shock Grin But if my Dad takes her out in her buggy, she'll sleep - a bit young to be bored by her Pa already Grin

emski I thought of you today, the girls asked me in detail how our cat died (almost 10 years ago) and I was wondering how you were doing? Great news about Cats Protection visit.

blizy weather was awful here too, girls are on midterm the week of Halloween, which Olivias birthday is in (that was a portent, methinks) so we will be avoiding soft play then too Grin I might take Olivia and a friend to the pictures for her birthday. I am officially in the bad birthday books as I told O that her birthday was too soon in the term to have a big class party and she's already been to two Shock - she's at another one tomorrow.

reastie my Mum got her dream kitchen last year with a big range and all the trimmings - its very nice and she looooves it.

ledkr Alice has one nap a day, around lunch time but really varies in length from 30 mins - 1.5 hours! But then she sleeps around 8:30pm - maybe 6:30am and often wakes up a few times at night, so we don't get much evenings/uninterrupted nights.

Hi ems . Let us know how you get on with looking into another cat.

blizy hope you slept a bit better last night

Did gymboree this morning but only Alice and one other little girl in the whole class! Seemed really quiet.

Got my blood tests back and I'm not diabetic thank goodness but apparently my iron levels are quite low - this explains why I'm always exhausted and have no energy!

Weight loss not going so well today - I bought some chocolate coated nuts and can't stop eating them . Still, I'm 3 stone 4lbs down now I think Grin

deb the only day I'm free in half term is Friday 2nd November - is that any good? [hopeful]

Hi all.

We have received some shit news, Dh had a call from the dr, she was studying his test results and he has low semen motility. He has to go for a repeat test, she said it wouldn't stop us conceiving but it could
Take a long time ( no shit), I am just so disheartened with it all, why do we keep having hurdles thrown in front of us? All
We want is to have a living baby. To top it off AF has arrived today to laugh in my face.

Sorry for offloading, I just need to get it out, I can't tell Dh how I feel. I don't want him to blame himself.

Oh blizy that is rubbish. I am clueless but is there something they can do to help things along in these situations? You have conceived before so you know it can be done, and Zoes little brother or sister will be here in their own good time...it just must be so hard waiting and knowing things might take longer than you hoped. I just don't know what to say as it feels like you've had such a tough time. Have you started the ADs yet btw?

blizy · 19/10/2012 13:43

How shit bliz fucks you right off doesnt it. He can improve his tadpoles though look on the web and tell him to stop smoking a fag with a pint of whiskey in his hand whilst wearing very tight shorts Grin
Seriously though honey at least you know why and ex knobhead was told the same and also had broken tails on his swimmers and it took ages but Ella came eventually. Took 2 years but you are nearly there now.

We have just been to see paranormal 4 for anyone who likes a good scare. It is absolutely terrifying we jumped out our skins. I felt travel sick though due to the shakey home video style.

Report
blizy · 19/10/2012 16:33

Ledkr, he doesn't wear pants under his kiltWink. I know we can fix it, he doesn't smoke but enjoys a drink some weekends. He is a keeper though, brought me in a bottle of rose, Ben and Jerry's and croissants for brekkie. Bang goes the diet this weekend ha!

I don't find the paranormal films scary, they make me travel sick too! Hmm hope you have a nice weekend.

Hi all, am sneaking back on here whilst supposedly starting dinner in the kitchen haha!

Sorry I've been so rubbish, seriously time is flying past, loads and loads of college work on all the time which is so weird after 18 months of being at home. Loving it though, am very glad I did it. My one day a week in school is so lovely, I can't wait to be a teacher one day! (This is a school with underprivileged children mainly and you know what, they are the brightest, cheekiest little scraps in the world, but its so heartbreaking when you can see the odd one who comes to school a bit dirty or with soles coming off their shoes, really :( but still, its great to be around them all. )
Cass is loving nursery but has the terrible twos already. Eg tonight I told her off for scratching her fork across the table so she screamed No! and threw the fork complete with peas at me... she's a lunatic. Bit me really hard the other day too, the little.......!

Blizy sorry about your bad news, maybe now they have identified the problem they can help you? It must be crap for you, make sure you enjoy those treats you deserve them x
ponyo Amazing news about the job! Showed my sis your latest pics of A on FB when I was commenting, she said that A is literally the cutest baby ever! Then she remembered Cass and had to dig her way out of that one haha!
ledkr happy belated birthday love! I have made friends with a fabulous Scouse bird in her 40s at college and weirdly she reminds me of you.... some of the things she says are so funny and remind me of the things you post :) PS I can only commiserate re the ILs holiday.... at least you KNOW it will be shit and won't be expecting to have actual fun!
reastie yay to schmancy new kitchen, it will be gorgeous I'm sure x
Big waves to wiggles, ems, granny, deb and all you lovely Feb girls, I really do miss coming on here and will do better at keeping up!
Happy Friday all.

Oh I'll have lots of fun mizk going to hire a car and take Ella out "thanks for free holiday mil"
ponyo Ella has a urine infection came on yesterday bless her it's so horrible.
Have just been swimming with the girls Hmm such an ordeal. D got out of pool and ran off slipped over a skidded into pool like a fecking penguin on her belly. Everyone was looking at me.i couldn't get to her in time so she drowned mildly but came up giggling like a hyena.

I'm not sure about bring compared to a gobby scouser in her 40s when only 29 how very dare you.

Sorry about your news blizy - that's crap for you. Hope you get some great advice from the docs and it works really soon.

Glad college is going great for you MizK! Whereabouts is the school you are working?

That sounds quite scary at the pool ledkr! Just the sort of thing Sammy does too.

Glad you are not diabetic reastie, get taking floradix.

Love those photos of A Ponyo!

Good luck with the cat adoption Ems!

Got to find some time to clean my house for my birthday party tomorrow. Apparently it might snow so my dreams of kicking the kids into the garden are taking a rethink!

Hello to everyone else and hope you are having a lovely Friday evening.

Evening! Just having a lovely Wine whilst dp cooks burgers Grin awaiting the new walking dead starting later tonight, exciting! Its on at 10pm so I'll be staying up 'late' (for me), hope I don't fall asleep.

MizK massive Grin at your sis dropping herself in it, tell her A isn't as cute when shes screeching/whinging haha. Pleased your course is going well, what a relief C has settled into nursery, bet she's head toddler there now running the show!

ledkr I did a proper 'lol' at D's penguin impression, that is so funny Grin Poor Ella hope her infection clears up soon. Dunno whats up with A's wee tho Confused

at emski are you getting a cat or a kitten? Exciting! You always sound so positive, I'm always whinging about A's (ahem) whinging Blush but you make N sound really cute when he does it :)

tadj ooh happy birthday for tomorrow! Snow, oh dear, is it going to be freezing for months where you are then?

A's been on good form today, she keeps singing a song where one of the words is 'sleeping' so think its the sleeping bunnies one Hmm its funny, she'll sing away and then realise I'm watching and go all shy and look embarrassed Grin Off to check on my dinner, have a good night all

We are watching strike back, love it!

Ledkr, hope Ella is feeling better soon. I also Grin at Dilly doing the penguin, must have been scary though.

Tad, I hope you enjoy the party tomorrow and the snow stays away.

Mizk, sounds like you are having a great time with college. I'm glad C has settled
Well into nursery. I agree with your sis, Anya is the cutest (except for ZWink).
