Hi girls
Welcome aboard Garfieldgirls, be prepared we can chat the hind legs off a donkey!!!
Bob lovely birth story, made me go teary eyed too.
All this talk about birth stories made me save all the threads into a word document - do you lot realise that the 10 or so threads we wrote until we finally all popped takes up 1,611 A4 pages - thought I'd keep it for when I get old and forgetful but had better start re reading it now or I'll never finish it!!!
Karma of course you can bring your ds with you, Ben will love having another bigger boy to hero worship, he adores his cousin & his best friends brother who are both 10. Hope he doesn't mind roughing it a bit though on an airbed or a mattress on the floor
I'll e-mail you some directions too at some time this week.
LilJ bring your sil along, I'll be bringing Ben who is 4 and I would think / hope that Tex is bringing her ds too - they can entertain each other then.
Diege sorry to hear Libby is suffering, have you got some infant nurofen for the temperature instead - personally think it works better than calpol. Hope you get a quiet night.
Chacha - you wicked mummy's friend, fancy telling the kid you'd eat it's chocolate
How are the deliberations on the job front going? Everyone has given you very sound advice so far - from my perspective I've stayed home because HR just didn't seem that important to me after Ben was born - Couldn't be arsed with people thinking the world was going to end if I missed 50p out of their pay packets for a week or if the filing wasn't done on time. Will have to go back to work at some time I know, but just not now.
Agree with everyone else though about basing the decision on whether you think it will ever come up again. Don't ever give your self cause to look back with regret. Which means not missing the London meet up too
.
Got to go Thomas has got a right whinge on today and I'm in a black cloud mood at present, which is why I've been a bit quiet this week, have been reading though just to keep up!!!
Hope everyone else is well Beks
