Happy Valentines day

aprilmeadow · 17/02/2006 08:01

Hope everyone is feeling well. We have been struck down with the nasty sick bug that's been going round. DH came down with it on Tuesday pm/Wed am, and then i got a bit of it yesterday. Funnily enough Jack didnt get affected at all!

Jack now very confident at walking along with his bricks trolley, can even manage to turn it round one handed so that he can go back the other way HE is gettingbetter at the whole sleeping thing, only seems to be bad at night when he is cutting teeth. Tooth no.6 on its way down. Thats now 4 on the top and 2 on the bottom

Hi

Hope everyone is well,

Darcie has cut another tooth on the bottom and some more at the top! walking along the furniture well now, she has got no fear LOL

Lucy99 · 17/02/2006 10:08

hello!
good to hear the babies are well (even if you and dh are not AM! hope you are feeling ok today) F is great - has had a bad ear infection but seems much better now. She seems really happy at nursery and I am enjoying being back at work. She is now walking properly on her own and thinks she is very clever! She can climb well too so I can't take my eyes off her for a second - destroying the house is her favourite game! Sleeping is better too - slept through again last night and didn't wake up til nearly 9 this morning (went to bed at 7.30) It was fab. Have a good weekend! x

aprilmeadow · 19/02/2006 22:50

Lucy - I am feeling much better thank you. I think it was only a 24hr version of it! So glad to hear that F is enjoying nursery. And WOW at how she walks on her own - you must be so proud of her

I am so excited, we have just booked our holiday to FLORIDA!! We're staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for 2 weeks in May! Our room looks over the 'Savana' and we will be able to see Zebra and Giraffe's etc.

Jack muttered another word yesterday much to my dads delight 'grandad'.

Hope all mummies and babies are doing well and havent come down with the nasty bug x

thanx she is so cheeky and prefers to stand OUTSIDE her babywalker and play now. she loves the swings and local softplay centre. she is just such a happy wee thing.

leggymamba · 20/02/2006 17:53

Love the photos - your venture experience sounds awful - but in 20 years you'll have forgotten about that and just have lovely photos. I'll have to work out how to do a profile one day so Patricks not left out! I'll wait until he can walk (give myself a year or two!).

Like the website too ss

Darciesmum · 20/02/2006 18:27

HI Girls

I found a fab way to keep Darcie quiet, put Phantom of the Opera on, she sat quietly listening to it! with a big smile on her face

Hope you are all doing well, i can't believe in a month my baby will no longer be a baby

aprilmeadow · 28/02/2006 14:45

Jack had his 9/10mth check today. Passed with flying colours. He is just above the 75th centile for height, weight and head measurements.

He took his first, albeit very wobbly first steps this weekend. He was going between me and dh and we were letting go just before he got to us. Just gotta keep practicing :)

Hope all are well.
