Aww, Ssmile, sorry you've had a tough time. Not much better here either really, DS still not 100% but went to soft-play-hell to get him out of the house (and also after the dentist, conicidentally!) as he's been climbing the walls.
He's well rough this afternoon though and dead wheezy so DH has just taken him back to the walk-in centre to check that he hasn't now got a chest infection too. DS had two stays in hospital this time last year with a hideous viral chest infection so we are a bit paranoid now
DH and I have been at each other's throats all weekend, mainly coz we're tired. We really don't make a great parenting team a lot of the time; we have to work quite hard at our relationship at the best of times but we're really horrible to each other when we're tired and stressed. We separated for a couple of months after DS was born and I am worried that the same old patterns are starting to return.
Also a bit paranoid that I might be getting a bit PND too as I've been really miserable this last week, even before DS got ill and I got tired. I had PND last time and, despite trying to get as much fresh air and exercise as poss, I'm just feeling really rubbish a lot of the time. Last night DH and DS were trying my patience so much that I took DD and went and sat in the car on the cliffs for an hour to clear my head a bit.
Sorry for doom and gloom. Hopefully HelenMumsnet can send us some exciting freebies to make us
!
And Jimmi, yes SW do veggie plans; I try to eat as much veggie as poss when I'm dieting so find it quite useful.
