SM am sure I sent you a FB message about J. Please do not blame yourself, you could not have known. I explained about DD1's hip, she had that problem (I'm sure it was that one) and she grew out of it. Ballet really did the trick for her but not sure you'd want J to do that
Main thing is, please try not to worry, get your appointment sorted, ask all the questions and see what the options are. I remember with DD they were reluctant to do anything surgical as it was a last resort but the ballet did the trick, maybe physio(sp?) or some set exercises might do the trick for J. Hope you get it sorted and can relax a bit and realise you cannot blame yourself.
Yes, is a shame about CF, we are losing so many people, where is everyone, have they got real lives?
Lollibop sounds good, let me know what it is like. Am wondering if that is what DS1 might be going to. (working, not attending!) A good friend of mine has a friend who has a smoothie business and my friend's teenage daughter has been working for her up in the London Parks. She did the underage festival yesterday and has asked DS to help tomorrow. Am somewhat
that he is up for it as it will mean him leaving the house at 5am whereas most days I can't get him out of bed until lunchtime!
Am REALLY pissed with DH and it is becoming more and more obvious that we cannot carry on
I've often thought coming home would be the make or break, more likely break but now I realise it is 99% certain it will be break. He leaves his job end of month, has no job to go to and has now decided to buy ANOTHER CAR! We now have 3. We have the sensible 'family' car, his (stupid makes him think he is 20 again) car and he/we bought the 2nd hand convertible last month. I had thought that he would get rid of the stupid little boys car (subaru) and we'd have the 2 cars. Chances are, a job he got would either involve a company car or else he would be getting the train or walking if lucky enough to get one at a local company (there is a HUGE company 10 mins walk from home that specialises in his field so quite hopeful). Anyway, no, he saw a stupid twatting little boys car (the sort that is not sensible and practical - newer version of the stupid car he has now which he has conceeded is not comfortable and indeed, at easter he couldn't even drive it as it hurt his back getting in and out of it) so, if you are still with me, he saw it online, sent his friend to go and look at it and is buying it! HE IS A TWAT! He asked me what I thought, I told him (very politely for me that I did not think it was a good idea, it was not sensible/practical/comfortable and he hasn't got a job and we dont' need 4 cars) and he said he is buying it anyway. STUPID LITTLE BOY HE IS 45 not 25!
Sorry for vent
