I worry about ripping a fingernail if I bite! DD's just cut her nose with her finger too...all go here. We're off to the hospital soon for a hip scan and consultant appt.

Nymph, sorry to hear you are having bad days along with the good. I'm seeing my Gp next week to discuss cbt/therapy again as I dint think I'm great. Not sure though, prObably just shattered!!

Lol at Bella, I'm on the zombie thread I brought 3 warships & the contents of morrisons.

Woohoo! DD is out of the harness! I don't think she can believe it either and she won't sleep. I think its too exciting to wriggle around and kick out. I've broken out some new sleepsuits from Sainbury's as now she's out of the harness the 0-3 mth ones from MC don't fit. The Sainsbury's ones are for the same age range but they're longer which is great for ol' lanky here. I'm so ridiculously pleased she's free of the harness! She has an x-ray in 3 months to check all is going ok. Fingers crossed.

That is wonderful news Elsa. Cheered me right up.

We're off to Dubai for a wee hol tomorrow. A few of my friends are already there or going too. Should be fun.

DD is finally asleep, not sure how long for as she's been waking a lot in the night recently. Already the lack of harness is having an effect. She can suck her thumb and when previously she could hold a rattle, tonight she grabbed it and shook it hard, looking very pleased with herself as if to say 'I've been trying to do that for blinking ages!'. Had to be careful of her face though! Soo pleased!! I sang congratulations and celebrations to her when she was in the bath and she wriggled with excitment....probably didn't help myself with trying to get her to go to sleep!

We're off to see my aunt and grandmother tomorrow. Which should be nice, but tiring as its a 75 min drive and I'm a little jaded at the moment!

Nymph-thanks, I'm sure it's fine, I'm ill and rundown, but I really don't want depressiontoo. The spring needs to hurry up as the tail end of winter is always the worst time of year for everyone :)

Yes of course, can you stop at booths on your way through? Though if you happen to be at your pre mat job it's about 5 mins away!

At the risk of turning this into the zombie thread...can I join? I can bring some useful manpower for running the warship so we can have cocktails and if the warship happens to be an aircraft carrier I'm sure I can get hold of a few planes.....

Been for a little walk & park with dd2. Dd3 had her first turn on a swing & slide. Slide was better!

Had a responce from work, it was suitably vague and I think they're trying to pull one over on me. After trekking through the tinterweb and speaking with someone with a bigger brain than mine. My initial feelings of wrongness have been confirmed. I've been advised to go all official and stick forms in.
