Smoked Gubbeen is the top cheese here this year though. It's made not far from here and it's just gorgeous. (Off to cut a slice) DS loves it.

Oh yes, ursula introduced us to Gubeen. Tis lovely.

Only a hint of mould hips, honest. It is really creamy and spreads beautifully. I have trouble with crumbly blue cheeses
