Morning all :) Sun is finally shining here so I'm off up the allotment for an hour while DP takes DS to soft play hell [mad person emoticon].

Crisp how marvellous to have a DC-free night away I'm currently hatching a plan to surprise DP with a night away somewhere, just need to ask MIL if she'll come up and babysit sometime.

Hiding from camp packing, kids' sleepover packing, toenail painting, hair straightening, make upping, toddler napping, child delivering and all the other crap I have to get done while DH is rehearsing this avo. Also, don't actually fancy being sociable with the band tonight after all this effort getting rid of the kids. Why do we only get babysitters when we have to be somewhere, not just to hang out together? Is it really square to bring your knitting to a gig? And to want it to rain so we can sleep in the camper instead of tenting it in a sociable circle?

Rant over - not long to wait and sure I'll have a great time, so don't let me back on here today!

Had a date with H last night, twas lovely ,, really feel like we are getting back on track..

manic day involving visiting three big shops in quick succession with dds in tow.. god theu hate shopping! Desperately tryint to pack without dd1 seeing what i am doing as as away all day tom visiting friends, it has to be done today sigh.. hopefully will all be worth it!!

i keep logging in here to catch up and end up reading backwards down thread and getting slightly confused. so busy here with dh gone for the weekend. trying to keep all happy and accomplish things at the same time. planning to do proper catch up by monday. hi ♥

bbq tom just been cancelled arghhh.. which means that we could of gone to spain a day early and also means trying to find something entertaining for the dds to do tomorrow grrrr

Cyteen have you sorted your hair/veil etc etc etc out?! I saw something today which i think you would LOVE and lifted the girls card and took photos!!

Everyone's gone again and now DH is watching cricket highlights on the telly . Time to mix some black russians and crank up the sofa laptop

I'm still here - I've just had someone email me telling me I can't use glitter on my cakes and they've seen them in the photos she was nice about it though!

Back in 5 when I have transferred me and my smelly feet (eww) to the sofa, but why no glitter????? I love edible glitter, the more the sparklier!

I googled my way to the craftsforum and surely if it's non-toxic then what's the fricking problem??? Who doesn't like sparkly poos too?

One of the posts said that so what if it's non toxic, wax crayons are non toxic but you wouldn't grate those on your buns... try telling that to Thor as crayons are his second-favourite food (chalk being no.1)
