HAPPY BIRTHDAY E & T Welcome to your third year
Hope the mummies enjoy the day too, full of reminiscences I'll bet.
I am overcome with nostalgia atm, everything takes me back to those last few weeks, and then those magical first days...although I don't miss the piles and heartburn
Buckets sorry to hear that your suspicions have grown stronger. I know it's been on your mind a lot as K grows and develops. Small consolation it may be, but at least you are in a good place to take positive action, whatever happens - you are so well informed now, and from your posts I'd say your DS1 is absolutely thriving. It's also obvious that K is a loving, cheerful little boy and that you dote on him.
dizzy well done, you are a Proper Businesswomen now!
All very ho-hum here, albeit in a nice way. DS's speech continues to develop - this morning he came to me and said 'did a poo' :) Tbf I had already realised
but very impressed all the same!
The other news this week is that some losers fellow plot holders have complained about the state of our allotment. My friend had a call from the site manager, who is not bothered as she knows we are up there working on it a lot, but she has to pass these things on. They are moaning that it's full of weeds and that we haven't done anything down by the shed end. That massive cleared bed next to the shed must have dug itself then
And there are lots of weeds, but in between them are courgettes, lettuces, tomatoes, sweetcorn, squash, Jerusalem artichokes, rhubarb canes, leeks, cabbage and carrots in various states of growth.
We all had a good laugh about it
