I'm so upset about the classified docs case I could scream. I don't know the rationale as I'm too angry to read about it, I assume 'Presidential Immunity', but I'm hoping the case can be re-filed.

Smith will already have his appeal ready. If once it succeeds, they'll get a different judge and will maybe be able to make more progress.

I'm not as confident as dh . My fear is that Trump will succeed in getting away with it due to the Supreme Court's immunity ruling.

Choosing Vance could (and it's a big 'could') be a risky choice for Trump. Vance's views on abortion, women's rights, no divorce etc etc 'could' be the silver bullet.

His injury seems to have been the equivalent of him having cut himself shaving. And inflicted by someone who was just one more school-shooter type, not really politically motivated at all. What's to sympathise with, really? The widow of the guy beside him who was killed, sure; but Trump? Nah.

Yeah they said last night he has to pause his campaign. Time to sort out a new person.

Even if the Dems come together and decide once and for all it's Biden on the ticket we still go into every day with the worry of what/how is Biden doing. And it's going to be the daily torture until November.
