He and Epstein (or their Counsel) have been ordered to answer charges on 16 December. Surely he has to withdraw from the race now?

Roussette · 11/10/2016 19:50

here

'What do you know about it? '

I don't know anything about it. Will have to wait and see what comes out. From what I have heard from some people who know Trump, they say it is a setup timed for the last 30 days, but I don't know.

Epstein got a low sentence and claimed that he helped set up the Clinton Foundation and he knew and met Bill Clinton far more than he met Trump.

"Billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein once claimed he helped found Clinton Foundation as he touted close relationship with former president during plea bargain negotiations"

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3679023/Billionaire-sex-offender-Jeffrey-Epstein-claimed-helped-Clinton-Foundation-touted-close-relationship-former-president-plea-bargain-negotiations.html

Some people who know Trump say there is no evidence, but I don't know, we will have to wait and see what evidence there is.

It looks like the hearing for the case will be Dec 16th which is after the election. I think it was filed in New York in the last few days.

This is what snopes says about it, updated today

www.snopes.com/2016/06/23/donald-trump-rape-lawsuit/

At the end it says

"As of now, all of the information about this lawsuit comes solely from the complaint filed by "Katie Johnson," and no one has as yet located, identified, or interviewed her. "

I don't know how the law works in the States and why the media has not given more info on this.

Here is trump sticking it to the elites, with his latest tax plan - more tax cuts for the rich and the super-rich.

Lweji · 11/10/2016 20:50

He's certainly sticking it up to the intellectual elites, if not the financial elites.

WinchesterWoman · 11/10/2016 20:52

Thanks Claig.

claig · 11/10/2016 21:02

Snopes also says this

"A copy of the New York-based suit was also uploaded to Scribd, and in the second filing (which asked for no specific amount of monetary damages) the plaintiff was represented by Thomas Francis Meagher, a New Jersey patent lawyer who learned of her allegations via an article published on the GossipExtra web site advertising that she was "shopping for an attorney."

The Guardian has a lot more about the original filing as well that is worth reading.

Hmm. It looks super dodgy.

WinchesterWoman · 11/10/2016 21:20

And thanks again.

This is interesting about Hillary's recent +11 polls lead:

Trump the change denier on the campaign trail. When protecting his own assets, not so much:

Great link four mummy - superb.

More rape allegations against Trump:

Trump's gone very quiet about producing his tax returns.

Finally BBC Newsnight does an excellent report on the Trump phenomenon from Youngstown Ohio. They have dropped their "bigot" stuff as the end nears and Trump approaches victory. They correctly analyse what is happening - the people vs the elites. What they don't realise is it is exactly the same here except that we have no one to take the elites on, no Donald Trump, or the elites would be defeated here as well.

Here is the BBC Newsnight report. They finally begin to understand it.

He's scum, and so are those that support him. His views on women are vile. Anyone who supports him should be ashamed of themselves.

Or maybe their daddy's thought the same thing?

Despite leaked Wall Street speech, Clinton’s policies show she would crack down on banks:
