I’m grateful for a yummy, healthy dinner waiting for me when I got home, bliss.

I’m grateful for the sunshine as I was driving which lifted my spirits.

Grateful that the lovely little boy I worked with this afternoon was able to share some of his experiences and feelings. His openness gives an opportunity for us to look for some support to help him recover from those difficult times.

I'm grateful to have found a new mediation class and really enjoyed the hours of quiet.

For the food on my plate and the earth for growing it.

For the comfort of my home, I feel lucky to have the security of that.

For the brilliant input all my family are giving to DS3, whose speech has come on so much even in the past few days.

For my thoughtful parents and fab siblings.

For fab nieces and nephews. It's so exciting to get a glimpse into their worlds. So much joyous possibility.

For things starting to fall into place for my step dad. To see him feeling better about life ahead.

For my absolutely gorgeous daughter and her celebrating her birthday today. She has always been such a joy and fun and now to see her an adult with a happy life with a good job and her lovely partner just makes my heart swell.

A lovely day. Bit of work, seeing family, tine with dh and my youngest been in a play that he loved doing. So many things to he grateful for today. It's been just one of these days where everything has felt just perfect.

So much to be grateful for at the moment.

Life for my family seems to be going well, lots of positive steps and possibilities for my children.

On top of the collective difficult year or so we have all had, I have had some really difficult personal challenges with my parents and my children.
But things seem to be settling and are looking brighter all round.

I am grateful for my 4 children who are just amazing and I love seeing them flourish in their own beautiful ways into wonderful futures.

For one of them in particular, as he heads into adulthood. He has had more challenges throughout childhood than most kids have to deal with lots of health issues that have affected his mental health. I am so grateful that he has turned that around and his life is just blossoming.

Grateful to come home to a lovely home and a funny, sweet cat.

Grateful for the Christmas Bargains thread on the Christmas board, I've just bought a bargainous stash of games and books for my boys that I just know they will love. Plus it's one of the most friendly and helpful threads on MN.

Grateful to have had a holiday. I'm not sure I'm refreshed exactly but the change of scene and family time has definitely put me in a much more positive frame of mind.

Smile Breath

Today I'm grateful for a nice cycle with DH. We picked up a bag of leftovers from a local bakery (using the TooGoodToGo App) so we had lush pastries and bread and sat in the park.

I didn't make as much progress as I wanted to in my work but I did make some, so I'm grateful for that.

A kind ebayer posted is binoculars super fast which we hope to use for a bit of stargazing w the kids - not sure if it will work but good to try something new!

I am grateful for dh. For being a listening ear to my woes today then making me a lovely dinner to make life seem nicer. It did.

I am also grateful for the passion in some of my students today. The interest in learning more. It's why i do what I do.

Grateful to see the kids change and grow in front of my eyes.

Grateful that my anxiety is under control and I'm handling being a bit behind on a stressful deadline.

Glad that be thinking a bit about moving, somewhere a bit more green and affordable.

That I wasn't more I'll than I was
Ds2 has a job in Bangkok teaching science! He leaves early next month. Who would ever have believed that would be possible.

Grateful for my very 'D'H.

It's our 19 year anniversary today and he's still my best friend, my confidente and my love. ❤

We celebrated by him helping me with my tax return today. Because romance is alive and well

Then we went off with the kids to forage for a good takeaway and had a beautiful thai meal at the table together. So grateful for my gorgeous fun loving family.

(Oh yes, and soooo grateful that my tax return is done 😆)

Happy anniversary Breathmiller that's so lovely to hear.

I'm grateful that my body talks to me and that I am now able to listen. It is doing so well and I'm glad I can give it what it needs now I found the quite space to tune into what it's saying.

I'm grateful for my DD who fascinates me as her personality comes out more and more each day.

For the grass, I just love the colour. So restorative.
