Watching DS3 playing Drs and giving plasters to the teddies and the dollies for their sore places. So cute.

Just lucky to be alive, to have had this day on planet earth.

Omg a long running house issue was repaired today. I feel like a weight is lifted - so, so grateful.

I am grateful for my children, I love them so much. They enrich my life beyond measure.

I'm grateful for my cosy blanket which has been keeping me going all week.

Today I am grateful for the continued support from a very dear mentor and friend.

Coming back after maybe 3 years… lovely to see you as a constant lessstressed I hope you’re well. I have continued to be grateful but always found lots of time to post in the old days because I was breastfeeding… a lot and had lots of time to sit, and think, and post.

Grateful for health always. My new home that had stairs & a garden. Each day with my children.

The variety of entertainment and information that's available to us at home thanks to modern comms

Grown up kids who can take care of things when I'm not up to it.

Seeing a wonderful, warm friend

Seeing the results of The Big Declutter - nearly there with it

I'm happy and thankful for my local church.

The chance to have a quiet day today because I feel a bit rough after said jags

The warmth of long friendships
The opportunity to help out someone who's dear to me
Twinkling lights in the neighbourhood making even a very grey afternoon feel festive

In spite of all the uncertainty in our lives at present, everyone I've spoken to over the past few days has maintained a positive and cheerful disposition, which in turn makes me less grumpy.
A lovely online carol service that enabled me to sing loudly (muted).
Christmas music, both religious and secular.

Choosing Christmas food, what a privilege to have such abundance.

Wrapping presents - the joy of little gifts to add some cheer to this pretty pestilent Christmas.

The provision of covid tests - we are lucky to have them.

Super grateful to be able to travel to see family, albeit a smaller gathering.

Glad to have such fun kids and such a kind partner.

Grateful for comedy, we've been watching stand up since the pandemic began (to cheer us up) and it's been fabulous.

So grateful I have no small kids now. I have covid AGAIN and Christmas would be ruined if they were little.
