Gosh, I've been AWOL for ages. We are having a dreadful, ongoing MH crisis in the family which has been keeping me very busy.

I am grateful
That I am able to help
That my kids are all either adults or almost adults and can look after themselves
That life goes on

Sorry to hear you're having to cope with tough times, @Lessstressedhemum . From what I've learned of you, your faith and your children will be assisting you.

Thank you, optimist. Right now my faith and my kids are the only things holding me together. The fight to try to get my daughter in law any help at all is exhausting and trying to help my son deal with her psychosis and suicide attempts is wearing us all down to our knees. I can't believe how poor our mental health services are.

I'm great full & thankful to my parents for being bloody good parents. I don't tell them that enough but I will from now on.
Also My husband & best friend who works so hard for us & deserves the world.

I'm thankful to who ever it is that is watching over us & keeps us blessed.

I'm thankful to all the key workers that kept this country going.

Family member who’s not had a working smart phone for a while now does so we can face time again.

The weather is lovely; things could be quite grim if it wasn't for the warmth and sunshine

A visit from ds1 and ddil to give DD and I a break from dealing with other ddil
