Another excellent Zoom session from our local comedy club last night
Coffee in the garden with a neighbour planned for later this morning, weather permitting
Bedding plants just about to add some colour to my garden

The bin men emptying our bins and helping keep our streets clean and healthy
My bee and butterfly garden is growing nicely

Is it ok for me to join new to this? Trying to keep very focused on all the things to be grateful for in the midst of the up and down of transitioning back to somewhere near normal just now!

Today very grateful for:

*some lovely socially distanced time with both friends and family in gardens the last few days
*the perfect weather to go with it to allow us to feel really relaxed, my 2 year old not to be stressed and my 12 week old baby stretch out and start to take in her family’s voices and faces

• a Friday night ahead of video catch up with favourite people and some treats to go with it

This thread is always happy to have new contributors, @NoGruffaloShould ! Personally, my spirits are buoyed by reading about what others are grateful for, as well as when counting my blessings. Today :

Visit from an old friend who was happy to sit in the shady part of the garden with me and chat
A kind neighbour who helped me out with something I'd forgotten to buy when I last shopped
A very good night's sleep last night
