DS3 and ddil were able to pick up my Tesco order for me and drop it off at the doorstep

Another day of glorious sunshine and birdsong

Watching my bunny bink about his enclosure, full of the joys of spring. He is so much happier when he is outside.

Today I feel blessed for my fried egg sandwich. I ate it quietly at the table by myself( every one else fed- I wasn’t ignoring them!).

Anyway it got me thinking as I sitting quietly that my fried egg sandwich means..,.

I have eggs to eat.
Oil and gas for cooking the egg.
Money to buy the egg, bread etc
A safe place to eat it.
A dishwasher to clean it and thus electricity.

Maybe I should eat breakfast on my own more often?!

A little walk this evening with dd to some roads we’ve not been down yet.

A walk to the woods - first time we’ve been there since this started as it’s a slightly longer walk. Was beautiful.

Absolutely delicious dinner of garlic and herb butter jumbo shrimp, broccoli and asparagus with a chilled Chardonnay

After several sluggish days, I woke up with a bit of oomph and hope to achieve a few things

Part of my bible study this morning was talking about how good it is for your mental, emotional and spiritual health to keep a record of things you are grateful for

Made me think of you lot and smile

Looking forward to a visit from my Mum this morning and my sister this evening; not seen either of them for 10 weeks

@jackstini both the bible study and the visits sound lovely.

Yesterday we had a plant delivery which cane earlier than expected which was lovely.

Saw DS3 and ddil yesterday which was wonderful.
Sheets drying on the line. Oh how I love clean, sunshiny sheets.
Quiet time with God in the sunshine. Sometimes I'm glad the rest of the family are vampires🤣

A wonderful face to face, but suitably distanced, lunch in my garden with a good friend

The prospect of a family barbecue at the weekend. Weather forecast is good in terms of rainfall but much lower temperatures than today - I'm grateful that we all have jumpers and jackets

Loving the simplicity of everyone's happy moments

Today I am very, very grateful that my Auntie's been discharged from hospital after a minor heart attack 2 days ago. Scary times but wonderful to see all the messages of support and prayer for her

Call inviting ds (yr6) back to school part time next week. He needs it (and so does dh)
