Queenrollo
I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. I'm thinking of you and sending love and distance healing your way 💜

It's a cold and crisp morning here too. I'm having a quick break from work while I enjoy my coffee. I'm going away with some friends tomorrow for the weekend, I'm so looking forward to the break.

Salem your post made me smile, your little one sounds adorable. My niece is hooked on 'that pig' as well, she's incredibly annoying isn't she? Children seem to love her though!

Love to you all for a peaceful day ❤️

VioletCharlotte · 03/10/2019 10:20

Sharing this post I saw on Facebook this morning. Some nice ideas for autumn essential oil blends.

Loving your silver linings reframing practice queenrollo, very powerful 💥 Glad you can feel the love, take what you need, we’re here for you.

Salem your post made me smile too and I am very amused by the thought of your glittery mechanic DH Grin

Thank you for the oil blend ideas Violet, EO’s and their uses are something I’m enjoying exploring atm.

speakout also lovely to hear of your welcoming the dawn with candles.

Such an honour to be amongst so many powerful women in tune with the magic all around us 💫

SalemSpellman · 03/10/2019 15:29

It's been cold in the midlands, I've put the heating on giving a thought to my ancestors and how they survived the cold. I feel like such a wimp compared to them!

I was on my way to a job interview today and felt compelled to visit a little tearoom that I like. I was delighted to discover a wonderful witchy shop had opened over the road from it. I spoke to the wonderful woman who owned it and I plan to go back when I have more time. I'll post a photo of the wonderful little shop.

When I worked at a chocolate factory, we always knew when it was going to rain as the smell of chocolate got stronger. The locals used this as a good measure to get their washing in!

Good morning, and welcome to a magical Friday- almost the weekend. I was so tired last night I was asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. Yesterday was a day of resolutions, the past couple of weeks have been fraught, but yesterday saw a lot of the tensions and negative energy fall away as the day progressed leaving me feeling wound down, but very tired.
I went to another Buddhist meditation class yesterday with my son, it was lovely, Tibetan style this time, in a beautiful old Georgian building in the heart of the old docks. Fragrant incense, sound bowls and chanting, very atmospheric- the meditation was peaceful. The philosophy is interesting, but not for me, I am happy on my own path, but good to experience.
Up early this morning for yoga, wishing everyone a magical day.

So pleased to hear of your resolution speakout, it’s no wonder you felt tired. It can hit us when we’re able to let go a bit can’t it. I hope the equilibrium has continued to flow today.

I’ve been feeling a shift too and stronger at my roots. I’m feeling gratitude tonight for all the ways in which I’ve grown since connecting with my wise friends here, my 8pm practice will reflect this gratitude.

Salem what a lovely find. Also enjoyed hearing about the chocolate smell as a sign of rain.

I hope everyone has had a good day

speakout · 04/10/2019 20:04

Tonight I feel gratitude as I take time to reflect on the goddess energy.
Within and without. My sisters here and others that I know. I feel abundance and want to thank everyone here I have met who also know the nurturing spirit.

I am off for a candle lit herbal bath .
Bright blessings to everyone.

Beautiful words. Magic happens when we open our hearts. It is the key.

Good morning sisters- the dawn chorus has started already although it won't be light for another hour. Just having my blessed coffee before I start the day.
The house is quiet today, DS didn't get in until the small hours- out with friends last night, DD off working early , staying with a friend tonight and working 9am until 10 pm tomorrow before starting placement again on Monday morning. So much energy.

I have to work today, so busy, stacks of things to make, but will go out shopping with OH early today and squeeze in breakfast somewhere so we can have a catch up. We rarely get time to sit and talk.
Then it's full on back home- candles lit, incense lit, favourite pagan music playing. Finding the flow.

Enjoy your Saturday!

Morning all.
I went to my monthly music evening last night but it was very quiet so I came home early as I was tired. DH and I off to a city to watch a band tonight. Kids going to my parents.
We now have something planned every weekend for the next 6 weekends. I'm not all that happy about this, but the unexpected trip abroad has eaten up the one I kept clear.
Need to do some serious meditation and self care to get me through this.
I do love socialising and it energises me - but some of it involves travel and I find that quite anxiety inducing. Time to concentrate on balance.

InTheTempest · 05/10/2019 10:21

Morning everyone

Speakout your DD sounds like she works so hard, I don't know where she gets the energy. I'm 31 and feel exhausted all the time and a bit ashamed that I don't manage to do more!

Queenrollo I hope you enjoy yourself. I'm the same, I always want to keep the weekends free. A friend has asked me to go stay in a couple of weeks and I would truly love to see her but feels such an effort right now.

Hoping to find something nice to do with the DC today. Wishing everyone a magical Saturday ✨

YashmisCrone · 05/10/2019 10:26

Just stopping by to wish everyone a magical Saturday too 💫
I have a people filled day today and visiting to do tomorrow, currently pondering whether I can fit it all in to one day so I can have tomorrow to myself!

YashmisCrone · 05/10/2019 10:29

Such beautiful energy from your candle last night speakout 🙏
I agree, it is the key 🗝💖

VioletCharlotte · 05/10/2019 14:15

Hello my lovelies, popping in to catch up. Lovely, as always, to hear how you're all spending your Saturday.
I'm staying in Devon this weekend with some friends, it's so nice to be out in the countryside. I'm sitting looking out over open fields and in the distance I can see horses and cows. Last night we were lucky enough to see some deer, including a majestic stag, such a magical moment. We went for a walk earlier and I collected a pheasants feather and some conkers. I think my friends think I'm a bit strange, I forget other people don't collect things like we all do!

Hope you all have a magical weekend 💫💜

InTheTempest · 05/10/2019 21:53

Violet that sounds lovely, hope you are having a lovely time in Devon. Being out in the countryside is good for the soul.

I've had such a lazy day but it's done me the world of good. Needed to re-charge after a really long and busy week. Hoping to get out with the DC tomorrow.

I'm going to start morning pages tomorrow, see if I can manage to write it daily. I think it will read like a teenage diary, I seem to have regressed since my separation/divorce 😂

StumpyinSomerset · 05/10/2019 22:11

Evening fellow witches. It's been an "odd" few weeks here.

I don't believe in coincidences myself,I prefer to think of them as the universe showing us they way to go/avoid.

Now I've been thinking about leaving my present job for about a year now but not really done much about it. Anyway, about 3 weeks ago,I was having trouble with my bike and my son was volunteering at a cycle hire place,so he suggested I take my bike in when he was in and they'd fix for me whilst I had a coffee in the attached cafe. On the wall in the cafe was a sign advertising a supervisor's position.

So I thought (on a whim) to ask about it - the woman I spoke to was the manager. Anyway to cut a long story short - I start officially a week on Tuesday. I've done two trial shifts and have two more next week.

Was this the universe giving me the nudge I needed? I like to think so.

speakout · 06/10/2019 07:07

Good morning everyone, StumpyinSomerset congratulations on the new job, great news.
VioletCharlotte your weekend sounds magical, I have never been to Devon, glad nature is nourishing you.
I have woken this morning with really sore neck and shoulders- a sign I am doing too much.
I have a full day of work ahead, and was planning to startthe day with a body pump class, but lifting barbells and weights is out of the question today. I will do some gentle yoga stretches at home instead.
I can hear heavy rain outside, otherwise a still and quiet morning. DD stayed a a friends house last night they bothe have an early start at an all day dance competition.
DS didn't come home last night, he went to the gym with a friend in town and probably drank beer afterwards at his friends house.
Oh to be 21!!
My idea of a good night is a cup of herbal tea and a book!

Off for a warm bergamot shower and start my day.

Have a great Sunday everyone.

Stumpy congratulations on the job, that's fantastic. I hope it goes well for you.

Speakout hope your neck and shoulders improve. I get headaches sometimes due to sitting in front of a pc all day for work and when I get a headache, the pain goes into my neck as well. It's very uncomfortable.

I think I will try a spa shower today too, will be a nice way to begin the day.

speakout · 06/10/2019 09:11

InTheTempest

Thank you. My shower helped, I directed the warm jet onto my shoulders and neck, things have eased off a little.

Just waiting for OH to get back from the supermarket with some Danish pastries- I have a craving for them this morning.

OP posts:
VioletCharlotte · 06/10/2019 09:21

Speakout I suffer from neck and shoulder pain when I'm stressed so I do sympathise. Mine were really sore last week before coming away. I find rubbing tiger balm in to them can help. Enjoy the Danish pastries, I love a coffee and a Danish!

Stumpyinsomerset great news about your new job, it's ingesting how things often work out of we just let the universe take its course.

I'm off to a seaside town today, looking forward to letting the sea air do it's magic 💫

InTheTempest · 06/10/2019 09:30

Anything hot seems to help, so a hot shower followed with a nice tea/coffee and a danish will do the world of good.

Hoping to get out with the kids today, my daughter really wants to go to one of the locations where Harry Potter was filmed. So hopefully a magical day all round ✨

InTheTempest · 06/10/2019 13:32

Having a lovely day coming out with the kids. It's a gorgeous day, we've been collecting conkers and having a look around Lacock Abbey. I've been here lots of times before but it's a lovely place. The cauldron is huge- my DD wants one like it!

Hello everyone
Beautiful pics as ever.

Speakout, I hope you are feeling less tense. Would arnica be any help?
I use a gel.

I'm going to have to figure out some useful things for sleep. I don't find lavender oil much use.

speakout · 06/10/2019 19:36

Thanks. I have had a glass of wine and some rest. Too much on my plate right now. Work is overwhelming. family needs me.
