I opened my Tarot cards.

I dont have any thing the things to 'cleanse' them, so i just hoped for the best...
The first card on the deck as wrapped was the Fool.

I shuffled them and pulled: page of cups, 7 of cups, 9 of cups

Then i did a celtic cross:

1: 4 of cups
2: 3 of cups
3: 6 of pentacles
4: 5 of pentacles
5: 4 of pentacles
6: 3 of pentacles
7: 2 of pentacles
8: Devil
9;Temperance
10:Death

So, pulling the death card re the 'answer' frightened me.

So i pulled 4 more random cards.
2 of swords, ace of swords, ten of wands, page of wands

What does that tell me can anyone help???

I have to decide TODAY:
do i go back to an old life/area/set of people?
If i stay:
do i go for the place where i cant settle long term
or the 'less appealing' place where i realistically can?
(this is based on money/access for partner)

I will have a re read about the positivity, I also would like to make a good luck charm as I'm due my baby very soon! I have had steroid shots to mature his lungs, I'm now 36weeks6 days ! It's also my 1st borns birthday today I'm so proud! I also have one more baby boy he is one! Just thought a bit of back ground on me is nice to share ☺️

For me drawing the Death card has always been a signifier to let go of old patterns/emotions and move forward into a new phase.

My intuition says yes- it's all about the new start but what matters is what your intuition is telling you. Only you have the answer- and you do have it. Relax as best you can,ask for signs, do what you need to do and shine your light. Remember the unique essence that is you. The answers will come when you can quieten your mind- even for a moment.
You've come a long way- remember how strong you are x

Thank you for all of the good thoughts - got my dissertation in early (well, half hour before deadline and not using the grace period at all - which is early for me) and I'm happy with what I submitted, so clearly they helped

@speakout just love the set of cards and book. Thank you for bringing them to my attention

I pulled 8 of pentacles frequently today which I find illuminating as it speaks of work vs passion (something I alluded to previously) I like the interpretations of the cards too. Will take a while to absorb but am enjoying the task.

Thank you everyone. After not getting the job yesterday I took myself off to a recruitment agency this morning. It has been the best thing I have done for myself for a long time. I told them the hours I wanted to work and the pay scale I want and they were confident they could help me.

I then took a walk through a nature reserve that I used to walk through with my nana when she was alive. I thought about our happy times together and a feeling of peace came over me.

I feel that the unbalanced feeling that @speakout correctly identified in her card reading has now been set to a more balanced motion. I just had to approach things from a new angle.

Thank goodness for this thread and the wise women here. A few years ago I would have been absolutely distraught and now my life has many new possibilities and avenues to explore.

Good luck with the agency sock It seems that the universe has other plans for you.

Also Beyond - how long do you have to wait for the results? I also found that the most stressful bit. I had to pull off the road once and log on to my results portal as I couldn't face the hour trip down the motorway to work once I knew the results were posted. I am so so glad to be out of that rat race.

Well, i was offered the job.
By phone and email. 'HR will be in touch'
So, i confirmed the kids' school places (they start tomorrow) bought the uniform, told them.
Then when i got home there was another email.
They need 'more evidence of my academic ability'.
I last took an undergrad diploma in 1999.
They need the transcript of my passing it (fine) but also the dissertation. I don't think i still have it. The Uni don't even run the course any more. Without it, i cant do the job as the Uni place is for training which needs put in practice in the job.
