I saw two starling fledglings attached to my bird feeders yesterday, harassing their mum to feed them. Poor mummy bird was having to peck sunflower hearts out the feeder and stuff them into the beaks of her children! It reminded me of lazy teens It made me smile and feel sorry for the mum at the same time.

Hello, Teapot, thank you. It's a nice, peaceful, contemplative place.

Today, I am grateful for friends, a visit from DS1 and DDiL, homemade herbal teas and the chance to serve others.
