Sorry to hear the pain is bad, Lessstressed . I hope the painkillers will knock it on the head soon. Which leads me to ponder my gratitude for good health.

I'm thankful that I don't have any worries or fears for me and the DDs. Our time and place of birth means if we're sick we have access to medication, we have a constant supply of clean running water, know where our next meal is coming from and do not live in fear for our safety. Easy to take for granted but many don't have that luxury.

BBQ despite the rain. Huddling under the umbrella in the garden with good food and good company.

Thank you, all I'll be fine, I've just had a heavy couple of weeks which are taking their toll. I need to learn my limits, you'd think I would know better by now!

Vaccinations. Didn't enjoy taking DD for them but am reminded how lucky we are to have them

My Ds is going away to Uni, I selfishly am bereft (empty nest)
I came up in the lift to the office with a lady who lost her teenager to cancer last year.
Thinking of that made me count my many blessings and feel a bit ashamed

The end of another day and the opportunities of tomorrow
All my children are safe and well, although 2 have a wee dose of fresher's flu
Clean, running water and a flushing toilet
