Overnight rain has given the garden a treat and saved me the job of watering tonight .
I appear to be coping with temporary family difficulties without saying anything that would exacerbate matters - hoping that I can sustain this for the required length of time.
My children and their spouses are supportive in all the right ways; I strive to return the compliment.

I am grateful for the money to pay my bills,
I am pain free,
The situation that holds so much fear and anxiety is over,
The ability to sort that situation was within me all the time,
My house is clean and tidy and full of love,
My children are healthy and happy and home,
It rained and I love it and it will be sunny later and I love that too,
I have enough money to do the things I want to with the kids this holiday,
I am safe,
Nothing can harm me,
Everything is working out for the very very best for all of us,
There is a space for me to express just a tiny bit of the myriad things I have to be so extremely grateful for right now,
I am breathing,
I am well,
I am heading in the right direction,
I am making the best choices for myself,
The weight is falling off me
I am happy.

A knotty problem has resolved itself without me needing to take any action.
