Wow, some nasty posts on here. We're all just trying to pass the time. Maybe there are some people who might like to know the difference between advice and advise, practice and practise. SPaG is something that can be improved, being bad at it isn't unfixable. My cousin is poor at this and when I see it on fb etc it does make me wince. I wouldn't ever pull him up on it specifically, as that would be twattish, but if someone who struggles with it stumbles over a thread like this, then fine.
