Lizzylou · 21/09/2010 07:25

Morning beautiful Mittz, it was OK, I am thinking of trying Zumba next week, there were loads of people going to that.
Think I need a bit of a change, shake things up a bit.

Lizzylou · 21/09/2010 07:27

HOw are you anyway, lovely?
And why are your jeans lucky???? Grin

Alicetheinvisible · 21/09/2010 07:50

Morning Smile

Mittz - always lowering the tone Wink

Lizzy - was it you who posted a youtube clip of Zumba on here before, ages ago?

Trills - yat for new house. Did it all go smoothly? Are you going to have a drunken party sophisticated housewarming dinner party? Grin

Iggi - love days when you can be totally selfish and do what you want to. Film would have scared me though.

Vinny - would never have thought you would be a scaredy cat too Grin

I have man flu, i am dying and supposed to be visiting family today. Going to decide after my Lemsip if i actually go or not though.

mittz · 21/09/2010 07:50

I am trying Lizzy Grin

Not sure about my jeans, they are very old, faded, but I just feel good in them.

With a 15 yr old pair of boots and my favourite fleecey hoody thing I am ready for the day. (working away from home)

Zumba looks like fun Smile I'd love to do a modern dance class.

Alicetheinvisible · 21/09/2010 07:50

Yat? WTF? I mean Yay! of course

mittz · 21/09/2010 08:00

Hey.... Grin Alice.. I just picked up where the thread last night, it is a heavy responsibility Wink

Sorry you are illing though Alice.. are you balancing up how you feel with the chance to get out for some company?

bellavita · 21/09/2010 08:03

Morning Smile

Beautiful day here - I told you once I put my summer clothes away, it would come back all warm again.

Yogga brekka
Couscous and chickpea thing going on for lunch
Salad for tea
Numerous pieces of fruit and cups of coffee in between

Sorry you are unwell Alice.

Yay for lucky jeans and new kitchens.

Oh I didn't see your post Mittz, I was too busy typing mine, getting all overexcited as I thought I was first one on!

Yay for a Northern meet, deffo get Wasting in Grin

I feel all achy and bleurgh too Alice, I have been freezing for the past week but this morning am boiing up Hmm

Have never done Zumba and am not very coordinated, so should be um, interesting!

Bella, it is grey and grim here, as per.

Alicetheinvisible · 21/09/2010 08:19

Bollocks, just lost my post and dropped my mouse on F Blush Grin

I am being swayed towards going because i want to go shopping and then have Subway for lunch Grin but it is an hour's drive away, lots of driving around while there, then an hour home followed by a possible evening of colic. DH doesn't want me to go as he thinks i will be worse tomorrow if i don't rest.

OuchPassVodka · 21/09/2010 08:20

Its not warm here. Cars have a light frost covering Shock hoping it will defrost before i have to go out.

Lizzy zumba looks like such fun. tried to find a class around here and there was non. Am considering getting a DVD so let me know how you find it please.

Alice - hope you feel better after the lemsip.

Am going to go have poached eggs for breakfast. ds has had bacon sandwich. its amazing what u can do when you get up more then 30mins before you need to go out ShockGrin bet we're still late though Blush

Morning, I am drinking coffee and v quickly painting my nails in a pretense that I am a sophisticated person who does not spend her day lumping boxes around. Next time i want to be rich enough to get men in to do it for me.

I will eventually stop brim g so me neme but it's hard when I'm on this tiny machine and can't scroll back to see what you have said.

Are you feeling better Shiney? We all remember The Time When Shiney Illed and don't want to go back to those dark times.

It's hard isn't it when they have to wipe themselves and they are still only little - even now though my boys still have skidders -bleugh. Joys of boys!! How is Taya getting on at her new school? Is she getting lots of homework?

Alice, my boys love Subway. I knocked the phone off the microwave once straight on to DS2's head (we were on our way out and he was in his car seat on the floor) Blush oh he did cry Blush

Ooh, is taya at big school now? How exciting!

I went up and down too many stairs yesterday so today my kegs would prefer it if I lived in a nice bungalow actually!

mittz · 21/09/2010 09:09

I had one subway and don't share the joy..

DD is home. We set off and she has coughed and coughed... a man (stranger) stopped to ask if we were OK and offered us a lift.. I read the urban myth thread though so figured he was a mad axe wielding granny in disguise who was going to do something evil so politely declined..

yes.. DC's and bum wiping...

But gorgeous after baths.. even DS is and he is 12, his hair goes all fluffy Grin

I am the same about moving Trills, even if I just move up the street (I want to stay in the village for the meantime) And I will book into a B&B for a couple of days tidy break.

Well loads to do even though I can't go out to work. And my new iron is lush Smile

NormaSknockers · 21/09/2010 09:16

Morning all,

Just dashing in quickly to say hello,

Shiney supposed to be 24 degrees tomorrow apparently!!

Alice, I agree with DH you need to rest, that's an awful lot of driving when you don't feel well and you've not long had major surgery Wink Picture of your card to come very shortly!

Shiney you are missing out! Could be the cure for all your ills!

Not going have decided, so going to crack on with potty training Confused

hellsbelles · 21/09/2010 09:32

why do I actually find what Ted said very endearing? Sort of logical really to a 3 year old boy.

I too remember the shiney illing. I think BOF described her as being like a consumptive heroine out of an Austin novel...it did go on and on and on and on didn't it Wink

So on that note I hope you get better very soon (pleasssse) and you too Alice!

Right - I have work to do today.

enjoy your new house Trills and Mitts I hope those lucky jeans do their magic.

waves at the lovely Bella, ouch and Lizzy.

OuchPassVodka · 21/09/2010 09:41

TBH i would rather it just got on and got the transition from warm to cold over with. Once it is cold all the bugs go away and it is this transition period when you are most likely to be ill. Plus i want snow again this year Grin

Have a lovely day all. Will try not to moan about bump, scrunches and aches later. Elements today ConfusedHmmGrin

Alicetheinvisible · 21/09/2010 09:44

But Autumn is lovely Ouch, all bonfirey and yum
