both babies here doing very well, both weighing over 6 pounds now, their offical due date is this friday, they are 4 weeks old tomorrow

impala love the photos on FB - what is the name/make if the keyboard E is playing with ? I am desperately looking for ideas for bday and xmas gifts for E - people keep asking me what they can buy him and I am clueless. He is getting a smart trike and a wee wooden trike for indoors so far - any of you mums got ideas for gift ideas for a 1 year old ?...

Have spent the day shopping/organising/wrapping. DD's things are ready for school tomorrow. What can I do next?

MW at 1.30 tomorrow hopefully for S&S. Wonder if they'll do one at 41 weeks?

Just back from MW. She did a S&S and will do two more - Sun and Tues. No date for induction as yet but they'll book that over the weekend. This weather is still yuk!

yeay Hyena let's hope the sweep does the trick. You should come and sit in my garden, the noise of the neighbour's fireworks would scare him out ! I have no idea how E is managing to sleep through the banging... I just hope he doesn't wake.
We are off on holiday to Northern Ireland on Sunday but DP has just bought a tiny Notebook to take with us so hopefully can logon and find out any news...

Still here, as expected. Have had quite a productive morning in the house. Am finding it much easier if I keep myself busy.
Have been thinking about being induced more and more and how crud it is to be strapped to the bed and stuck on monitors for the whole labour. If that's the case I've decided to take a tick list of pain relief and go through them one by one for fun.
Ah well, this time next week it may all be over.

Our Zoo has been very quiet lately and we have a few empty cages, although am hoping that the panda enclosure is empty because she is working on that gorgeous little Panda cub.

Not much sleep in the Giraffe enclosure as I have a 'calf' that thinks sleep is for wimps but each night at a time. Fingers crossed for tonight then!

Anyway, must go. DP is doing bedtime lock, stock and barrel so that I can watch Stricly so better give it my full attention.

Still no news (although DP was desperate to see the rugby and I'm pretty keen to watch XFactor) so I'm not bothered.
Not sure when the MW is coming tomorrow - sometime in the am I guess. I'll still be here waiting . Trust me to be 15 days overdue the first time and 8+ this time. We've been waiting so long for this LO that a few more days means nothing.

MW had just gone. Second s&s more painful because plug has gone. Things still much the same as they were but cervix more central and less prosterior. Booked in for induction on Thurs. They'll hopefully just be able to break waters and wack the syntocyn in .

penguin sorry your down pop in more and let us help out. As for the crazy woman next door, she yelled for the usual half hour!! Great parenting on her part, wake up your 3 under 7's shouting at your teenage delinquent! Way to go!

Had a lovely quiet weekend, mainly sorting out Christening things as N is getting baptised in 2 weeks so loads to do although have my outfit and the booze sorted so most important jobs done
