My toddler is going through a bit of a fussy stage after starting off as an amazing eater that shoved anything and everything in her mouth - it's taking some adjusting! So we're trying to mix in some easy wins in there.

Breakfast - a fried egg, little bit of toast and a bowl of berries. Insisted on nicking a few bites of my yoghurt, granola and fruit.
Snack - cereal bar and a biscuit.
Lunch - tzatziki and pitta fingers, sliced cucumber, carrot and pepper.
Snack - a cornetto (meant to be shared with mummy, but went nuclear on it)
Dinner - chicken dippers, potato smilies and a good portion of veg. Another bowl of berries for pudding. Nicked a few chips and a bite of my burger.
Bottle of milk before bed (I know, I know, we should be phasing this out...)

B: Pancakes with a little Nutella
S: Pear
L: Peanut butter sandwich and carrot stick. Did not eat much as had a big breakfast and only munched on the carrot before spitting out. Was also offered some McDonalds cheeseburger as out for the day and this was what we had but this was rejected.
S: Banana
D: Baked salmon, rice, sweet potato, peas and corn. Ate a little salmon and rice, loads of sweet potato and a couple of peas.

Today my 3 year old had:

Porridge with fruit
Buttery toast, cheese, fruit
Cheese sandwich, half bag of skips, blueberries.
Gingerbread biscuit
Sweet potato mash, roast chicken, mixed veg.
Yoghurt.

Ate all of it but I had to help him eat his main course of tea after the first few mouthfuls. I need to stop doing this but I'm too soft!
