B: Porridge with ground seeds, peanut butter & fruit purée, strawberries & bluebs on the side (ate all)
S: Organix flapjack bites, 1 mini scotch egg (stole from me and I didn’t want to discourage him from trying something new!)
L: Sweet potato & broccoli croquettes, omelette, grapes & cherry tomatoes (ate almost all)
S: Satsuma (ate all)
D: Sausage, homemade yorkshire pudding, mash, broccoli & carrots (ate half a sausage, half a Yorkshire and a couple spoonfuls of mash, ignored the veg), melon (all)
S: Weetabix with ground almonds offered before bed as he didn’t eat much for dinner but it was refused so must’ve just not been very hungry.

2.5yo DS, yesterday;
Breakfast - 2 weetabix with milk and honey, a banana, an apple (most of anyway) and a satsuma
Snack - rest of the apple, some cucumber and carrot sticks
Lunch - peanut butter on toast, 1.5 slices. Strawberries, blueberries, some cubed cheddar cheese, a couple of cherry tomatoes and a yoghurt
Snack - two rich tea biscuits dunked in his uncles tea (lucky uncle 😂)
Tea - a chicken and broccoli rice casserole type thing.. cheesy creamy goodness that is a sure sign that I can’t be arsed with properly cooking, served with corn on the cob and carrot, two of his absolute favourites at the moment
Supper - Cup of milk and a banana before bed

Yesterday:

Didn't want breakfast
Half a banana
A smoothie and a bit of tomato soup (which was deemed "not nice", which is the worst criticism ever at the moment)
2 crisps (stolen from their auntie!)
Vegan 'sausage' rolls (veggie patty made with sweet potato, carrots, onion, leek and aubergine, in pastry - homemade so I felt ok about this)
Apple and blackcurrant snack

Then a 2am lentil cake snack.

sam1121 · 07/05/2024 15:24

20 month old yesterday:

Pre breakfast snack: cut up grapes and sliced banana
Breakfast: Poached egg and avocado on homemade english muffin. She ate the egg but only sucked on the muffin.
Lunch: Spinach and ricotta ravioli with tomato and roast vegetable sauce (ate loads!)
Snack: some sort of cake loaf, cream cheese and strawberries at playgroup.
Dinner: Spinach and sweet potato dahl with rice, natural greek yoghurt and naan. Ate a few spoonfuls of curry, loads of yoghurt and sucked on naan - was apparently not in a bread mood!

Yesterday wasn't great.

Half a croissant.
Smoothie.
No lunch.
No PM snack.
Chicken tagine for dinner, but only a small bit of their portion.
A date.

DC doesn't eat much if they're fighting an illness, so I suspect they might be coming down with something.
