I have had enough of the bitches on this site. I know there are plenty of nice, genuine mumsnetters too but too many bitches. I am ending my membership.

Just because we don't have pretty fluffy tickers does not mean we're bitches...

We are not bitches.

We are a nest of vipers.

Close the door on your way out.

Can't be bothered with getting upset over anything I read on an internet forum.
Sometimes people say things on here that they'd never dare say to someone's face.
Sometimes these people are defended when others say "I think that was nasty".
Apart from thinking at anyone defending the nastier comments I can't get too het up about it.

What's bought all this on. I resent being called bitchy as I have never spoken to you, neither hae the majority of people you are calling bitches

Exactly TCP

And I am sorry if folk think we are being smart arses, but if you had been here as long as some of us you would be right royally bored by them. TBH.

LGJ sits back and waits for bleeding heart liberals to turn up with tea and sympathy and offers of counselling..

Think her post was directed at a few not the majority Pixie. Not sure who exactly though.

It is NOT a bitchy website.

You are mistaking us for BitchesRUs.com

Just because folk say things that you might not like, it doesnt make the website a bitchy one.

I dont deny being a bitch from time to time though

i like that this website has a variety of people on it, and i'm sure that everyone of us falls into the "BITCH" category every now and then, thats just life hun

Theclosetpagan- so why say 'This is such a bitchy website' she should have thought a bit better before posting. (not having a dig at you though TCP- realise you're just trying to make the majority feel better)

Anyway Que cera cera.

What? Someone thinks its bitchy here?? Well i never!

I think it is bitchy here, but i have the strength to survive it. Im getting used to some of the names and to the comments i can expect from a certain few. It is a bit shocking as a newbie but am not so new now and like i said, becomming used to it here.

Some of the comments regarding grammar and spelling are the ones that really bother me or when a post is taken out of context. Very unfair and not an adult discussion imo. But who am i to say what others write? I havnt yet earned my stripes.

It is unreasonable to expect a relative new mner to have perfect grammar, perfect articulation, excellent spelling. It is also unreasonable to expect that most mners have dc with difficulties such as speech delay, autism or any other conditions. As is expecting everyone to have a phobia of some description. Only you long time users will know this about eachother. I do not know who is emetophobic or has suffered with the greif of losing a child etc. I surely cant be expected to search for the information on each of these possibilities before posting any comments i might feel i need to make. If i am expected to make such searches before posting, then i would still be reading previous threads on the dogs off lead issue even now.
