school is setting up a lunchtime bookclub reading group.

It's more music and play on apparatus than holistic play. She's been going since she was 9 months old.

Ballet when she's 3, French when she's 4.

She's going to be in the Priory by the time she's 5, all organised activitied out.

DD1 wants to learn Latin. Am thinking of starting afterschool club for this. Poncy enough? It doesn't really trump Mandarin, does it?

My ds 19 months started gymnastics last week. Joined the club too.

I was forced to learn Latin in school. And French.

It was a ponce school.

Later, I switched to the artsy, liberal school.

I did Latin Rosa, at the Catholic school I went to. Fascinating TBH.

I know Enid, Mandarin is so last year.

i too can speak 3 other modern languages, just wish i learnt Latin too, at some point.

i fancy Japenese next!
