I should ring HSBC to ask them where my new debit card has gone, but I keep postponing it.

franca if you have Uk cards are they on a Italian address? We both have them and we keep getting them blocked as we can't do the verify Visa or mastercard thing as it uses a Uk postcode so if after 3 uses you don't do it they block them . DH hates speaking to the bank and I can't speak on his behalf so we keep using mine !!!
I fact I must activate his cc as did an order on the 29th and they went to clear it on Dec 1st ( card expired ) so have to do it again .....
