franke · 26/04/2005 20:38

Can we all please stop posting on this thread? A gerbil might read it and be very upset. How do I ask Mumsnet to delete this thread?

WideWebWitch · 26/04/2005 20:39

I can't take any of the genuine threads seriously after reading this!

TheVillageIdiot · 26/04/2005 20:40

TheVillageIdiot · 26/04/2005 20:43

I detest pickled eggs with ice cream and custard - should I seek some counseling?

beansprout · 26/04/2005 20:47

I've just taken legal advice from a virtual gerbil. OMG, could it be a troll?

bran · 26/04/2005 20:52

During a very boring day last week I was tempted to start a thread saying "I baked muffins to welcome a friend back from abroad - am I turning into Bree". Very, very glad now that I didn't.

TheVillageIdiot · 26/04/2005 20:53

I let my children draw over the walls in my house, they have everything they want and eat what they like, when they like - why don't they respect me?

Norty · 26/04/2005 20:53

Help! Does my gerbil look big in this?

TheVillageIdiot · 26/04/2005 20:53

My baby started on solids at 6 weeks and there is nothing wrong with her so don't get smug about your b/feeding, ok?

What's the point in cloth nappies and breast feeding?

DD slept through from 2 days old, walked, talked and could write her own name by 6 months and had a choice of Cambridge or Oxford at 8. I never gloat, Im beautiful, dh is rich, good looking and completely besotted with me - Why does everyone hate me?

TheVillageIdiot · 26/04/2005 21:01

Can you milk a gerbil?

Is it a good substitue for formula?

happymerryberries · 26/04/2005 21:06

Well they are mammals, so you could! I was told in a biochemistry lecture that the closest milk for human milk in composition was that of the White Rhino, but that could be rather dangerous to try to source

TheVillageIdiot · 26/04/2005 21:07

"Can I milk a Rhino and other bedtime stories" excellent thread title

beansprout · 26/04/2005 21:10

I'm pregnant, is it ok to eat gerbils?

SenoraPostrophe · 26/04/2005 21:11

apparently it used to be common in Spain to let children suckle goats.

TheVillageIdiot · 26/04/2005 21:11

What about Gerbil pate?
