bobby reminds me of the girl in home and away, years ago. she got hit by a boat or something and died? in home and away, not rl!

have roast chicken in the oven for tea ready for 6.30. still have to go pick my washing up from my mums as my tumble dryer is still broken, i think its completly dead now, no revival now. and i cant get it all dried at mine, im trying to get my brother to get his mate to drop me off some scaffold poles so i can have a big washing line in the garden to dry stuff on as my piddly little one isnt big enough for the 4 of us.

Bobby-Joe is fine if you live on Walton Mountain...... We've come up with a list again. What do you think of: Rachael, Rebecca, Ruth, Kate, Catherine, Eve, Eva, and another name I can't remember.

Jennster · 01/03/2009 22:57

Bobby is 6 and lives with us!

VoodooTheOriginal · 02/03/2009 15:17

Ruth Eve and Eva the nicest.
but would go for Evangeline then she can choose shortened version.

Have lost 4lbs in 10 days!

just pigged out on choc tho, as am so utterly knackered. ds such a little shit devil at night he is up every 4 hours for a feed again.
don't really know how to fix it either, If I just give him water he goes bananas and I get even less sleep, cant ignore him as he gets louder and louder...dont want to dose him on calpol at bedtime as it wouldnt last till 12/4am anyway...dont know what the answer is!!
maybe its his teeth, maybe he is just hungry ?????????

VoodooTheOriginal · 02/03/2009 15:17

actually really like Angelina/Angelica

VoodooTheOriginal · 02/03/2009 15:19

Kate is a bit popular right now, Katy Perry, Kate Winslet, but its ok.
dont like Rachael/rebecca - a tarty girl at school called herself Bex/Bexi/Becci bit chavvy?

Enjoy your mutton Macdog.

Lucy was the other name I couln't think of.

Still got undigestion. Feel like I've eaten a 5 course meal, and haven't. Ate a pitta bread for lunch with some houmous, and that was the only thing I ate all day. Had a morning nap, went smimming and then yoga and then made cottage pie for dinner which I have eaten and feel a bit better. Am drinking Gaviscon and peppermint tea.

VoodooTheOriginal · 02/03/2009 21:28

we had a 'clear the crap erm unusual food out of the freezer' type dinner.
Had half a bag of frozen wedges, a garlic baguette, some mini toad in the holes and spicy chicken burgers.
Dont know why I cooked so much, tbh. Tasted ok though. First time I did nice wedges, I usually burn them to a crisp.

VoodooTheOriginal · 02/03/2009 21:29

undigestion is like indigestion?

VoodooTheOriginal · 02/03/2009 21:31

completely overdid the calories today, lucky 2hrs manic playgroup counts as exercise...

met some nice women today too. shame I was slurring my words through being so knackered.

Jennster · 02/03/2009 21:47

undigestion is more like, the feeling if you had a massive crap and puke, you'd feel instantly better. It's a stasis of the stomach rather than the lower bowel. Not constipation though.

VoodooTheOriginal · 03/03/2009 15:07

urgh, Jenn, remember it well. Food just piling up and seemingly stopping...

am absolutely knackered today just had mad dash to singing group, fast lunch then supermarket. Feel like Ive done 10 rounds with Ricky Hatton.

ds sat in the kids/toddler seat for the first time in the trolley today!! Big moment. he did well, even though dd kept leaning over him and squashing him, whenever she forgot he was there. I padded him out with a blanket and he loved it. Seemed entranced watching the floor zoom past in particular and kept his arm stuck out at a right angle so I had to take evasive action from fellow shoppers' trolleys at times...

VoodooTheOriginal · 03/03/2009 15:09

I still don't look any thinner FGS

VoodooTheOriginal · 03/03/2009 15:10

a Polish woman at group had her baby girl on 19 Dec, she went 15 days over and was enormous. Guess what, now she has a washboard stomach. How in hell??
and its her second baby. What a bitch.

VoodooTheOriginal · 03/03/2009 21:37

this ia a hilarious thread

VoodooTheOriginal · 03/03/2009 21:38

wow. Just me here today, eh!

Macdog · 04/03/2009 09:33

Bit of a bugger of a day yesterday.
Didn't realise central heating wasn't working til dd and I came in absolutely soaking and we had no heat. Hot water, but no heat.
This was at half 4 in the afternoon, so had to call council to order an engineer.

Seemed to take forever for them to get out here. House getting rapidly cooler and snow pelting down outside.
Turned out the circuit board had had a bonfire, and we shouldn't even have been using it for hot water.
By the time all the excitement died down and dh and I had had dinner it was time for bed cos I was shattered
