whatcha got??

VoodooTheUnlikely · 06/05/2009 19:57

BTW was PMSL at dd in two 1yr old coats. they had 'bracelet' arm lengths!!

Jennster · 06/05/2009 20:57

Voodoo - Woolies is your place.....Oh bugger.

How about layering? An anorak with a hoodie underneath? Got DD a fab tracksuit ensemble for Grade One Seconds (type shop) for £8. Twas a Ladybird one.

VoodooLovedit · 06/05/2009 21:00

why woolies oh bugger?

are they not transactional online?

VoodooLovedit · 06/05/2009 21:12

One for you, Jenn

Jennster · 06/05/2009 21:12

Voodoo have you tried H&M? Would pass you something of dd's but she is only just into 2-3 size (H&M). DS is wearing a 3-4 coat from Mothercare, but then I think their sizing is small.

Perhaps not as warm as you would like

VoodooLovedit · 06/05/2009 21:25

oooh Jenn, meant to ask for your bakewell cake recipe. dh very excited by the idea. (ooh-err)

VoodooLovedit · 06/05/2009 21:26

VoodooLovedit · 06/05/2009 21:39

One for Peppa Pig fans

can you tell I am a football widow tonight?!

Jennster · 06/05/2009 22:06

recipe here from fellow MN due in May 09s Blog page Was absolutely delicious. You do have to listen to it, and it looks quite dark when you take it out too, but think that is mainly because of the brown sugar used.

Jennster · 06/05/2009 22:08

I too am a football widow. Been redoing Ocado order for tomorrow night.

Jennster · 07/05/2009 04:35

Got dd a lovely warm 'puffa' style jacket in Asda for £3. Black with pink trim, but still - £3!!!

TKMaxx??

I'm terribly organised when it comes to jackets, she has 3 bought in sales that she can grow into! (think it comes of living in Scotland)

Big fat incontinent mum to be here. Oh well. Just off to hire a RugDoctor to clean the carpets. I'll either waste £40 and go into labour, or get nice clean carpets. Win win

Macdog · 07/05/2009 15:04

worley · 07/05/2009 17:18

dp is getting another tattoo, which i have kept quite about for a long time, not mentioning it in the hope he forgets about it.. but no, he has remembered about it and wants it done for his birthday, which i bloody stupidly agreed to pay for, so off we go to see the tattoo bloke this afternoon, and he says what dp wants is going to take about 20 hours and and nearly £50 an hour i cant believe dp is still going to get it done! the bloke has a long waiting list though and cant fit dp in till sept so he may go off the idea by then ( trying to kid myself there)i was tempted to get one on my foot but may have changed my mind for now. (i do have 2 already)

worley · 07/05/2009 17:19
