Oh rosa... poor dd... they get ill so often in their first yr at nursery

I think I'll miss them too... too much. maybe I'll resurrect it tbh.

I wish I had the imagination to name change. I always thought Pippi was a great name - my DS can't get enough of her! But we no longer have sky....(dh kept it in Roma for the footie, which he generally misses because he is with me at the weekends!).

Glad Franca had a lovely trip - I too am very jealous. Out last weekend away turned into a drive around the Amalfi Coast by one of Dh's work colleagues and his family...lovely but not a romantic or shopping weekend!

Bump feels like it is going to just fall out from beneath me...is this normal for second babies? (currently 34+2)

Oops, just seen the time and I promised myself I would do some TEFL...damn it just remembered that Amici is on too. I hate these reality programmes but once I have started watching I struggle to turn off...

dd1 - just thrown up - dh was thankfully in ear shot I was doing aerosol with minirosa as she diddn't cough just went blurgh and then was lying on her back with fingers in mouth sort of gagging - I think she was asleep when it happened and was still not aware of it all. He got her vertical and she threw up some more. SO we are hoping its not another virus !
Going to re load washing machine.....

sunflower your mother sounds like mine, she used to get into ironing mode the minute she stepped in our house, when she visited us in the UK

Hope your DD1 is better, sounds like you have had a really tough winter. We have gone from flu to colds here, but thankfully no vomiting, my DCs seem to have inherited DH's iron stomach. Spring is round the corner though, there are some fruit trees in blossom here, even if it is freezing.

Tantik, I felt like that in both my pgs, especially the 2nd though. I had a dilated cervix from about 6 months so it really felt like DS was about to drop out!

Hello Sputnik, thanks, yes, it was great. Fruit trees in bloom already! How marvellous! Yesterday it was quite mild here, but it's cold again today. I want spring!

Haven't checked the knox thread. The truth is, I haven't followed it, as too complicated. And there seems to be too many crimes with no real "proofs" like that poor girl in Garlasco.

Thanks - Thankfully dd1 seems fine today she had an ok night . DH slept in her room - hurrah bed for me , no snoring , no pulling of the duvet but minirosa woke 4 times so serves me right for thinking of a 'me ' night.
Took mr to clinic she hasn't put on much weight at all - over the last 2 weeks anyway will see next week. I have a torta margherita ( packet) that dd will ice this afternoon but I have had my regali !
A borsa with tanti pockets so I can be multi tasking !!!! The dds gave me a pair of gloves and a packet of nice tea ( te bianco - boh never tried it )
MIL gave me Pupa makeup box - I find them a bit useless as I tend to use only 1 colour but she was very kind in saying its something when you start to wear makeup again !!!!- She wasn't being nasty but it was the way it came out !
