im not sure about twitter, so, you just leave like statements all the time? and you just watch what other put as well and commment on them?

Macdog · 07/02/2009 09:42

you can stalk be entertained by slebs, and half of MN is on now as well!!

IceCreamy · 07/02/2009 14:47

well Ive gone and done it. deactivated my FB account as am sick of all the tripe and fundamentally dont agree with it; the way our details are sold to multi national companies, the way the CIA watch the info we put in it, i am not being paranoid big Brother type here but you need to be very careful what you put on it and remember privacy is not guaranteed.

rant over!! MN is fine as all guarded under talk nicknames, and no excess info is needed on twitter.

IceCreamy · 07/02/2009 14:55

read article also discusses threat of identity theft from FB

Macdog · 07/02/2009 17:47

mmm...been toying with deleting Fb. Would certainly get my life back!!

OP posts:
Jennster · 07/02/2009 18:53

That's why I don't add any more applications anymore. Every time you send a creme egg or something, they get your personal details.

Had a lovely day. Had my antenatal class round for teas and biscuits this morning. 3 years we've been meeting now. Went for a nice walk, got some hoovering done. Nothing special but not stressful and no arguements.

I now have an ache very low down in groin. I don't wake up with it, but it gets worse as the day goes on.

worley · 07/02/2009 21:17

i had a big deleting session of applications of fb recently, but im still gonna keep it! i like talking to my family on there, and keeping tabs on my brother who is now in vietnam!!
i do talk to people i havnt seen in years on there too.
just finished work, nice quite afternoon sat and read most of my book

Macdog · 07/02/2009 21:51

I'm doing big delete too, but i'll keep it for moment

IceCreamy · 08/02/2009 15:24

its a great service for keeping in touch, just has an insidious side. Dont risk any personal info and you'll be fine!

I wanted to cut down to just MN and Twit.

Anyhoo....have a great Sunday. Also got a yorkie bar calling me....

worley · 08/02/2009 17:42

my friends given us a big dog cage for the pup to go in when were out, as he was slowly destorying my kitchen, he has eaten through 3 phone cables now, destroyed my wicker washing basket and can open the cuboard and help him self!! so as she used to have a labrador puppy (sadly it had a brain tumour and she had to return it to the breeders only a month after having it and has refused to get another dog scince) the cage is massive and takes up quite a bit of room, but rather that than keep forking out to replace chewed up things!!

have roast chicken innover and ds1&2 watching toy story 2. ds2 loves it

Jennster · 09/02/2009 08:41

worley · 10/02/2009 15:36

we have no snow still, it seems to miss us, i think it's 'cause were right next to the sea, we have salty air!
had to pick ds2 up early from nursery as he was sick at nursery, when i arrived he was running around as per normal, but he still has to stay off for 48 hours at least im on a late shift tomorrow and hopefully dp is still off thursday and he can have him them.

went to a really good lecture today on advanced trauma life saving, about being part of the trauma team in the A&E dept. was quite interesting and good to see that they dont put us radiographers at the bottom of the list, and the dr admitted they should be nicer to us as they actually need our help! whoo hoo, the first i've known to admit that.

worley · 10/02/2009 16:25

crap crap crap.
ok so my period is 4 days late and have i felt sick for 2 days, which i didnt associate together, but then as i was driving home i suddenly thought shit i hope im not pregnant, (i shouldnt be as using precautions) so when i got home i used the test that i have from when i thought i was the other month and made dp go and get it then twigged i had missed a page out in my diary so had wrong dates! (im so paranoid about getting pregnant)and its blooming came out positive, but im not entirely convinved. as it took ages for the control window to show up as well as the positive window. so now im shitting worrying myself and feel even more sick. im going to have to go to the chemist in the morning and get them to do a test. which i really hope is negative as i dont know what im going to do!!!!!!!!!!! let alone what im going to say to dp. !!!! oh god, im worrying as we cant afford to move to a bigger house, i still have lots of student debts and cant afford 2 nursery places and i like ds1 and ds2 being a bit more dependant, "i dont do babies" as i keep saying to dp!!!!!!!! plus im stressing about all the eclampsia stuff and i havent lost much no weight after ds2 and so will be even more prone to high bp if i am. oh oh oh.
sorry had to talk/tell some one, looked for you on fb but couldnt see any of you! i wouldnt dare tell my friends here, yet.

worley · 10/02/2009 16:26

see now if my gp had reffered me to be sterilised when i wanted him to i wouldnt be stressing every blooming month.

Macdog · 10/02/2009 18:14
