I'm not officially starting until I've seen the personal trainer. So breakfast was Alpen (loads of sugar), toasted muffin with butter, and coffee with milk AND sugar.

Berrie · 21/02/2008 09:43

Enjoy it while you can!
I am feeling very demotivated today...

Berrie · 21/02/2008 09:46

Time of the month...feeling a bit low.

Not that a kitkat is going to make me feel better is it.

OP posts:
oggsfrog · 21/02/2008 09:54

Noooooo. Think of the guilt you'll feel afterwards Berrie.
Mmmmmm, I love Alpen with sugar.........

3 scrambled eggs, almost a litre of water and one decaff coffee w/cream and sweetener.

Berrie · 21/02/2008 10:05

No I won't have one Oggs...I just don't feel like I'm getting thinner today

OP posts:
Zebedeedoodah · 21/02/2008 10:10

I didn't actually put sugar on the alpen - it's just that it already has loads in it. But I'll be moving to low carb, zero sugar very soon.... 3 stone to lose before I turn 40 in 12 months. Gotta be done. And if that's not motivation, I don't know what is.

Berrie · 21/02/2008 10:24

I couldn't even lose weight for my wedding Don't know why I think I've got a chance now.

OP posts:
Berrie · 21/02/2008 10:25

Perhaps a raw carrot will cheer me up.
Zeb there will be nothing left of you if you lose 3 stone

OP posts:
Berrie · 21/02/2008 10:27

Haven't got any carrots
You'll have to bear with me today I'm on a downer

OP posts:
Zebedeedoodah · 21/02/2008 10:49

I stood on my mum's scales, and I promise you, losing 3 stone will not put me in the Victoria Beckham skinny zone.

I'm now thinking how we're going to cheer you up...don't worry, I'll come up with something.

Berrie · 21/02/2008 11:05

Chocolate cake?

Fish and Chips?

Chinese takeaway?

Lamb Rogan Josh with peshwari naan?

Zebedeedoodah · 21/02/2008 13:11

What you need is inspiration & motivation

oggsfrog · 21/02/2008 14:34

Ooh. Speaking of which I had a laaaaaahvverly dream last night

Zebedeedoodah · 21/02/2008 14:41

Come on Oggs. Spill.
Did anyone hear ALW having a dig at DVO at the Brits last night? Titter, titter.

oggsfrog · 21/02/2008 14:46

Too x-rated for innocent ears Zeb

Zebedeedoodah · 21/02/2008 14:49

I'll put my hands over my ears as I read it!

Berrie · 21/02/2008 15:51

Oooo thanks for that!

What did ALW say?

Come on Oggs what was the dream.

I forgot to tell you. I went out with MFL'sF the other night and another friend. The OF wanted to hear all about how our meet up went. He was convinced that it would make a good film so between them they began to plot the scenes. It got very silly and ended with us all being picked off one by one by an unknown person who made our skins into a multiskinned dreamcoat and it turned out to be Seamus. Then it was Connie which I remember killing myself laughing at the details of but can't quite remember now...

Zebedeedoodah · 21/02/2008 16:00

I love it. But can we have a happy ending please? Nowwww, who to play Zeb Right, off to secure the movie rights for BOLBZ before someone else does.

ALW basically took the p* out of DvO saying they all had to be careful as she had a habit of running off with the winner. Pretty poor joke, but it made me smile.

Berrie · 21/02/2008 19:46

Oggs well done for starting your diet. Do you feel thinner yet?

OP posts:
oggsfrog · 22/02/2008 07:21

Morning

Berrie I feel virtuous, but sadly no thinner . Ah well. Tea yesterday was a pork chop, broccoli and leeks w/ mayo and water.

If you still want to know about my dream, there was a lot of this going on

Berrie · 22/02/2008 07:25

Tee Hee
Morning Oggs. I'm on a course today. Don't fel like it at all! I also had pork chop and veg and a small amount of mash but I drank too much wine and ate a load more potato to soak it up
I'm still relatively good though as there is no exra troughing through the day. No cake or chocolate...I aim to cut out the wine this weekend.

OP posts:
Berrie · 22/02/2008 07:27

Are you defrosted yet Oggs?

OP posts:
oggsfrog · 22/02/2008 07:39

Yep. We actually managed to pump up some water yestrday for the first time in almost a fortnight! Yay. A long awaited bath

Berrie · 22/02/2008 08:15

Jolly good. Right...off on my course now. Have a nice day!
