DS saw his first calving and afterbirth yesterday. And was then taught to milk the mother successfully, which is more than his mother can do. Yes, I'm just soooo proud. I just can't wait for the day he skins his first rabbit. Some aspire for their children to be doctors, lawyers, bankers or anything else that might actually pay for the retirement....at this rate it looks like it'll be Ray Mears re-incarnated.

The viewing didn't go well this morning. I cleaned and tidied for two hours, then the woman turns up (10 minutes early ) and spends all of 30 seconds glancing around before deciding she doesn't want a downstairs bathroom. Then why did she come and see it?
The upside is that I feel like I'm living in a showhome at the moment. The downside is it's damn hard work keeping it that way.
