where do all you mumsnetters live?

I,ve been a mumnetter for a little while now and ive just had the most brian numbingly stupid thought. I was browsing through another thread asking how Suedomin was as she lives in indonisia(forgive me if im wrong), and it suddenly dawned on me that mumsnetters are spread around the world(the wonders of the www), i suppose i thought(stupid i know) that you all lived in the uk, so i thought id ask(if you dont mind) where abouts other mumsnetters live .I live in the south of England(south gloucestershire to be precise).

We love it. Last summer (2001) dh had a 2 month placement in Edinburgh, where we used to live. We were both a bit worried we would like it and want to move back. But despite the obvious attractions of Edinburgh (and there are many) we were really happy to come home after 9 weeks. You get used to the peace and quiet!

susanmt, yes, idyllic. Lucy123, yes, showing off but why not, you lucky bugger! (Coco shreddies currently 2 for £2 at Sainsbo's mind you...)

Me - Hillingdon - Brighton - Heston - Ealing - New York - East Lancs. DH - Accrington - Stafford - Ealing - NY - E Lancs. (ie location now, E Lancs!)

Currently have a mob of high-pitched 17-yr-olds in the attic - on their way to an 18th - and 2 20-yr-olds just flitting off in a taxi - you lot with little sweet dd's, just wait! (Mind you they just passed on a half-bottle of hock - surplus to requirements - I think they all brought one. So not all bad news.)

Have spent most of life in various parts of London, then moved a few years ago to a village near Cirencester, Gloucestershire (mainly to appease dh who is not keen on London).

I live near Godalming in Surrey. Chinchilla, Spacemonkey lives in Colchester and I lived there until I was 19! Going to stay with Spacemonkey in November actually.
