Morning my lovelies. Has been raining overnight here so everything is wet outside.

Went to bed early last night due to stonking headache and knackeredness. Bribed DS to give us a lie-in, but I should really think about getting breakfast.

Anyway, for your amusement... in my hazy, don't-want-to-be-awake-yet level of awakeness, I read Miss Marple now. Proper one with Joan Hickson in it. as being a 'Miss Marple with Hugh Jackman' I worry about my brain and how it tries to read what it wants rather than what's actually there. My subconscious is also playing silly buggers - you remember I was prompting it for nice dream on the last thread but specified NOT Howie, well... guess who was in my dream last night. To be fair, he was perfectly nice in it and was very grateful that I'd found his bandana while sorting out the muskie costume store-room (which was stocked mostly with equipment for yesterday's SportingActivity ) but still - weird dreams ahoy. (Literally 'ahoy' - the hotel I was staying in turned into a boat at one point... )

Oh well... had better get on with mucking about online sorting out breakfast.

It's called Travelers On netflix and it's really good/addictive if you like sci fi time travel type shows And it has Will from Will and Grace in so if you dont, every cloud...

Clearing out has er, not gone at all, never mind gone well - decided to go to the garden centre instead & bought some lovely new plants. So what with that & some food shopping I've achieved very little else.

Phillippe's new bride was hilarious - I do hope she carries on like this.

My DC won't come & see GotG2 with me madame - well DS doesn't want to see it all (far too cool for such trash ) & DD is going with friends.

Evening all. I shall start typing this and then have a hiatus for DS betime - oh well.

I have mostly been gardening today . I have weeded/dug out a new rose bed, which is mostly pointless because I missed the boat on transplanting the existing rose bushes. On the plus side, the two in pots desperately needed to be put in the ground so that's good.

Was GotG2 good LetUs? I read a review that summarised it along the lines of 'fun but a bit pointless'. We were going to see it, but haven't yet

Suspect I may not see Versailles tonight - DH is watching paint dry snooker. Sounds fun though
