Back from the dentist. The filling I had a couple of weeks ago didn't solve the sensitivity problem, so he's now coated the tooth with some vile-tasting stuff and I can't eat for 2 hours. I had my breakfast at 7.30 and I'm now starving. Urgh!

Sorry awol again. I've been busy punishing Mr C for abandonment. Actually haven't as I've been de-camped into swanky appartment in city centre which was vacant from one of club being away.... so nice neighbours still in our house whilst they're drying out, and we have been in flash appartment. All lovely. And SERVICED. So no washing of sheets or towels or cleaning up really much. .

Keep reading awfulness about Blighty. Fucking Tory scum. So angry about the whole direction things are going. Luckily we now have our longer visas and new legisl is being 'grandfathered' which apparently means it's just new ones, doesn't apply to existing holders. After that we will see what Rugby Nations will have us 😄. If the Supreme Dalek gets a big majority I definitely ain't coming back.

It's actually a bit of a thing where you don't want to make extra work for people so we are all being much tidier than normal. Showing that people are capable of putting things away.

It's also a revelation that although we haven't got all our stuff here anyway, we have even less stuff at the serviced appt and so far there's only one thing I've actually needed that's not here. I'll be writing in haiku and rolling my socks soon; this minimalism thing is the way forwards.

Fancy only missed the finale! Have work colleague onto it so hoping to see it this weekend.
