1 maclaren double
1 emmajungla single with toddler seat
and now have the hauck winnie the poo 3 wheeler one i won on here

only have 2 kids lol

NomDePlume · 21/06/2004 01:34

Only trouble with the Nipper is the lack of swivel wheel at the front . The Urban Detour has a wheel which can be swivel or static and has all the pockets etc

islandgirl · 21/06/2004 01:35

misdee - do you get the prize?

NomDePlume · 21/06/2004 01:36

Sorry about my bizarre 'different but the same' postings !

suzywong · 21/06/2004 01:37

You get used to it though, and is fantastic for strengthening bingo wing muscles,

moominmama86 · 21/06/2004 01:38

NDP, I always find the opposite with ds in the Techno XT - he looks so tiny and always seems to be sliding down in the seat! He's 12 months and not small so god knows what's happening there, maybe I've got him strapped in wrongly...

I do love it though, so light and nifty lol, even though the brakes are like paperclips. I couldn't believe how light it was after clunky great M&P Pliko P3 - I can steer with one hand and have mango frappucino in the other!

WideWebWitch · 21/06/2004 01:38

Just popped in to say umm, blimey, I can't believe you lot! Have had 2 buggies for 2 kids (6 years apart and only bought a second because they've come on a lot in that time!)

misdee · 21/06/2004 01:39

yeah i've got it. been using it for about 2 weeks. in some ways i'm happy i got a new buggy to help my addiction, but i am finding it so much harder to steer than my old urban detour which i sold at car boot sale. the new one needs a bit of wd40 as its squeaking (all new buggies do really). but i'm sure once i get used to it it'll be fine.

if not, then i'll sell it to nutty

islandgirl · 21/06/2004 01:44

wickedwaterwitch - I'm with you but stay on here as it is halarious(sp). I've been trying to go to bed or do some jobs for an hour, and I can't drag myself away.

midden · 21/06/2004 01:44

misdee · 21/06/2004 01:46

WideWebWitch · 21/06/2004 01:46

i can spend ages in mothercare going thto all the pros and cons of a buggies. i have discard many after they are too bulky, wide, not wide enough, wont fold up small enough, hard to fold, not easy to steer.

i have a huge list of faulst with my new one, put it this way i wouldnt buy one. i sound so ungratful i know.

midden · 21/06/2004 01:53
