Does anyone else think Mumsnet is a bit clichey?

New to Mumsnet...been on it a few times, hardly anyone ever answers posts - and it seems like the same people 'chat' to each other, and it's really hard to get involved....

ha, if you want an example of being ignored, see how my last post here died a death and the conversation continued around it. No one wanted to run with it, it seems. Mind you I was posting very late at night. When I read fio's post after it,for a moment I thought for a moment she was referring to me.
